    12/12 is best for starting intermittent fasting. Do it perfectly for 1 month then move to 8/16

    Use unimate and balance of unicity which helps you to fast for 18 hrs without feeling hungry . I used to do 16 hrs before without unimate and it was so difficult but now it becomes so convenient .

      12 pm to 8 pm Eating window, then 8 pm to 11:59 am/12:00 pm fasting window.
      Thats 16 hours fasting window. You can adjust it according to your schedule
