Please do check details on lemon water - i think lemon is not allowed to kick in Keto through IF, and sea salt is recommended as kidney starts to leave more salt when on IF as a lifestyle
I swear by IF. When i was doing it, my weight gain had stopped. Losing weight is not my concern, i do it for its miraculous health benefits. Also small eating window prevents me consuming those extra calories due to late night cravings. Also doing something for my body makes me happy.
Honestly...for me Intermittent fasting has helped me "transform"...I did not really face any issue....I am adapted to this lifestyle and quite happy with this

No diet or technique can show results in two days.
Body is a complex machinary, it takes a while to pick the diet which you are following. As soon as you start IF, starting few days body will try to understand it first, in start it can crash as well as body is not habitual of glocose scarcity for longer time. it is always advisable to move gradually from your regular routine to IF. For ex if you usually take the gap of 8 hours, start increasing 1 hour gradually like 9,10,11 and then once you are comfortable you can increase your fasting duration.
High fat and moderate protein intake is advisable in IF as you will feel satiated for longer time. To see the miracle effects of IF, you gotta extend the fasting period to more than a day.
Always remember consistency is the key

Intermittent fasting can only help if the person is still maintaining calorie deficit for the remaining part of the day. If someone is eating the same amount of calories then he will not loose weight it doesn’t matter if the meals are two or three.
Not just about deficit. Depends on what you eat as well.

@@AditiSingh691 16. 8 fasting. From 9am to 5pm I ate breakfast and lunch with salad and green tea. Never ate anything after 5pm. Had apple cherry papaya pineapple when hungry and lost 13 kgs. It was not easy but manageable if you have knee pains and other health issues.

@@shagundutta but if our metabolism never kicks up enough with IF. I am doing IF for more than 3 months now, i am very consistent to it but i badly suffer from slow metabolism, no matter what i do. But keeping all things same, if i take chia seed water in my fasting window, i remain ok with this.but doctors say it breaks your fast. Though i lost 7 kg in 3 months, which is pretty slow speed of weight loss...do guide me further, it will be good of you please

The best time according to me is 10 am to 6 pm. This gives me time to do breakfast with my family. Evening 6 pm meals ensures i am not eating anything post sunset which makes it easier to digest food.

Can we drink sabja seed water in intermittent fasting?
Can I drink fenugreek water in the morning time? During intermittent fasting periods.
Also i take my regular healthy meals in the eating window. The kind of calorie deficit you have done for yourself is extreme. I take a healthy breakfast including eggs, complex carbs and don’t feel the urge to binge eat. The same 1200 calorie diet plan can be incorporated in the 8 hour eating window and then it will be easier to do IF for a prolonged period of time. Having less nutrition is not the best way to do this fasting.
We Muslims used to fast for one month every year in Ramadan Alhmdulillah

Yes. This is a one of the best fast or weightloss method. I being a super lazy person tried this for a month or two and really showed good result to my boby shape and skin glow. Even after a certain days you will feel more productive and active.

Avoid eat junk food stop dairy, non veg stop eating package food. Eat when ur hungry. Dont over eat. Do sun bathing early in morning and stop using chemicals products like sun screen cream shampoo etc
