    Water
    Lemon water,
    Cinnamon water,
    Jeera water,
    Acv.
    Black tea/coffee herbal /green tea. (Avoid caffeine)
    No milk tea or coffee
    No fruit juice
    Do light workout/walk in fasting window.
    Start with light meal, fruits, salads
    Do not overeat in the eating window
    Pre plan your meals in eating window.
    Stay hydrated.

    I started intermittent fasting and in last 6 months I lost 14kgs.... I am still continuing with it.... And my goal is to reduce more 6-7 kgs... Hopefully i will be able to achieve it in the upcoming months🤞🤞

      @@Parita_29 After I wake up in the morning I just drink green tea. I have lunch at 12 noon consisting of rice, chapathi, dal, lots of veggies etc. Evening around 6 I eat my dinner mostly salads, fruits, sprouts etc. Nothing after that.

      ​@@divine921 after fasting our Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) ate dates and very light food and during sehri He also ate very light nutritious food.... And it the sunnah what all muslims should follow...
      But muslims nowadays are not same .....
      Don't judge Islam seeing muslims......

    I started my intermittent fasting of 16:8 from 9th August then I was 72 kg today is 21th August..... I do workouts daily 30 minutes during my fasting window....... & I'm already feeling some difference in my body.....I will check my weight in 9th September.....
    9th September 2023
    So results are here: I checked my weight after a month & now it's 66kg I lost (72-66)kg = 6 kg in a month by intermittent fasting & a 30min workout routine in each day...
    I ate rice two times everything made in my house like daal, chicken curry, fish curry but not so much & I did not drink any sugary drink I didn't take sweets & sweet things... actually my fasting window is 16/8 & I felt that it's pretty good if we do it properly.... 🤗🔥🚩

    Buy what I realise by seeing this vedio as per islam -
    Ramadan 30 dry fast in a year
    Monday - Thursday Dry fast
    13,14,15 date of lunar Calendar fast
    But most muslim follow only Ramadan fast❤

    Hi gunjana..thank u for the wonderful video..my dietician has advised white melon/musk melon juice and dry fruit in the fasting window...upon asking she said it's ok to take 2hours prior to the ending of fasting window

    We are blessed with sacred Ekadashi where we do absolute fasting for 24-32 hours once in 15 days which is better than any intermittent fasting methods .Thanks to Jagadguru Madhwacharya for insisting this for our well being . everyone fast on Ekadashi and stay healthy

    Hello Mam, I am following 16:8 IF from last 2 months but i am feeling low energy these days . I start my day at 6:30 AM by taking two glasses of luke warm water and then one cup of herbal tea to recharge my body. I usually do my jogging and home workout around 7:30-9:00 but i dont take any post workout meal after that and take my first meal at 11:00 A.M with one coconut water and then overnight soaked oat meal . Can you please suggest what i am doing wrong since these days I feel less energy and pain in body too. I can't workout during eating window due to my tight work schedule . Kindly suggest mam. Thank you ☺️

      I had same issues, try starting with beginners level 12:12 for 10 days and then gradually decreasing eating hour like 14 : 10 for another and 15 : 9 for 10 days and then reach to 16 : 8 . This worked for me. By doing this way u won't get stressed or have low energy levels mostly.

      Working out fasted is not a problem. I'd say the oats & coconut water is. Try high protein & fats. Eggs, fish, meat, green veggies. Try salmon with broccoli for Lunch or a spinach omelette (2 eggs). Your sugars will not drop as they will after oats & coconut water and that makes you feeling tired.

    Is it okay to do 16 hours of fasting daily if you don't have a gallbladder? Also I suffered from acute pancreatitis last year. So im confused if i can do it or not!!!

      No, I guess you are not supposed to keep yourself hungry for long time. Fasting would worsen your situation worse.

    Is working out in fast window really bad? if I am okay with it and don't feel lethargic ..!

    I have 2 questions
    1. Is it okay to do IF for4- 5 days a week and do not follow the fasting window for the rest of the days?
    2. Can we follow 14-10 hours window? Does that help in fat burning?

    I have pcos and i am doing intermittent fasting from 23 days and i have stopped sugar , and hotel food and i try to eat healthy , i do aerobics 30 min the morning and 45 min walk in evening.. i have not even lost 1 gm 💔. Before this IF i was doing HIIT workout from past two years , but weight just doesn't budge

    I wish you mentioned something about the affect of fasting on hormones in females especially ones with PCOS.. because there is very confusing information out on internet, some recommend fasting, some don't.
    As a woman with pcos who badly wants to lose weight, I find fasting very helpful in weight loss but I am so scared it may mess up my already messed period cycle.. I have read fasting helps with insulin resistance so I think it should help in pcos symptoms, please correct me or make a video on fasting and hormones in women.
    my diet is more or less clean , my fasting method is 16:8, I basically have a very early dinner by 5pm. and break the fast around 9am by eating soaked dry fruits etc and then go to yoga class and then have a proper high protein breakfast.

      Fasting is good for PCOS. But after fasting healthy eating is main .. and fasting will surely help in this
