    हरी मूंग - Green Gram
    मोठ - Turkish Gram
    For Salad
    काला नमक - Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
    खीरा - Cucumber - 1/2 no
    टमाटर - Tomato - 1 no
    काला नमक - Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
    जीरा पाउडर - Cumin Powder - 1/2 no
    धनिया चटनी - Coriander Chutney - 1 tsp

    Thank you. Instead of boiling, i steam them. I add diced onions and green chillies and top it up with a little lemon juice. For crunch I add walnuts or almonds
