    Hamare gaao me aaj se 20 saal pahle yahi khate the..matlab sprouts, bajre ki roti jawar ki roti local vegetables..lekin log jyada hi modern ho gaye..aaj unhealthy khana khane ka chalan bahot badh gaya hai...ek time tha jab log bajra, jau, jowar khate the .toh unhe kaha jata tha ki yeh toh garibo ka khana hai .aur wahi log kah rahe hai ki millets khao sprouts khao...

    I have ordered sprouts from your website, you are doing such a great work, but might be I have allergy of radish sprouts when I have it I felt vomited and my stomach was also paining badly, I felt uneasy to the entire day, all other sprouts are good but I didn't suits radish sprout , I have faith and i also followed some tips from you religiously and it's also beneficial for me.

    Good to see many people starting to eat sprouts. Actually we are taking raw sprouts from the past 10 years. Trust me, we haven't taken a single pill nor have visited any doctor since then. Our immunity is so stong that we haven't got sick in the past 10 years.

      Actually we ate gram sprouts in the beginning such as horse gram and green gram sprouts, that too boiled ones. It led to bloating and gastric issues. One day we ate raw vegetable sprouts for a change. It is completely opposite to gram sprouts. It cured gastric and digestive problems. We had doubts about eating raw sprouts causing infections. But my husband, a microbiologist confirmed that bacterial contamination occurs when we use tap water. We need to wash and soak the seeds in filter water or boiled and cooled water. Then we began with 1 spoon of raw sprouts and gradually increased the quantity to 1 cup, mixed with other raw vegetables. Really helps to boost immunity.

    I used to make broccoli sprouts way back in 2011 because it was very good for my husband he was always into healthy eating..way back 16hrs ago he’d stopped having milk/ n many other products..mostly Soymilk/ berries/fruits/veggies…

    स्प्राउट बनाने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है कि बीजों को 6 घंटे भिगोने के बाद एक पतले कपड़े में बांध कर किसी जगह टांग दें।और प्रत्येक 6 से 7 घंटे पर पोटली सहित पानी में डूबा कर फिर टांग दे ।पानी टपकता रहता है और कभी भी नही सड़ता।स्प्राउट बनने के बाद फ्रिज में स्टोर कर लें।

    A big thanks to Satvic Moment Team. Currently we are eating gram / grain sprouts, though we don't have any issue as of now with this, but yes vegetable sprouts are good too after seeing this video we started with Methi Seeds for sprouting.
    Please suggest what vegetable sprouts we can grow in USA.

    Ma'am is it true that sprouts contain vitamin B12? If yes, then can you tell how much sprouts would be enough? And if no can you suggest natural and Vegan B12 sources (p.s. I am a vegan and i don't want to consume supplements for b12)

    Many generations r brought up eating these kinds of foods. It's in our age old traditional way of cultivating, growing n eating. Our Grandmas , moms made us eat all these , also we were given home remedies for common health issues n diseases. Again ....we r taught about all these in our class 5/6 biology chapters.
    But Since ppl these days r more into fast foods, packaged foods, restaurant foods, bottled drinks, etc....these common traditional foods are labelled n termed as *superfoods* n marketed smartly.
    We were already smart..... western influence made us think we r smarter....now again going back to our roots are making us think we are the smartest.

    Thank you, trying this out! Just to improve healthier eating habits.
    Any recommendations on diet do keep up the calories, as I'm running, eating healthy sometimes means reducing calories, which results in losing some muscle mass.
    What foods to add daily? Chickpeas? Beans? Lentils? Avacado? As salads have close to 0 calories...

    I was taking Sprouts in the morning and dry fruits in the evening , 15 Soaked Almons, 5 Soaked Walnuts and 20 Soaked pista for 6 months regularly ....inflammation developed in Joints and when diagnosed it was told that I have high uric acid

    Nice presentation I follow your videos I will do yoga in this channel videos but after omicron symptoms I rest for yoga about Six weeks bcoz of tiredness duo to covid, after that I was affected with hypertension, now iam 45+ I consulted doctor now I am taking medication n daily 30 min morning n evening 30min doing walking aerobics , let me know shall I do my yoga , or which exercises are good for hypertension n Satvik food tips tell me please thanks in advance Mam 💐
