    में 15 साल एसिडिटी गैस से बाहोत परेशान था ऐक दिन हमारे घर महमाम आए थे बात बात में उन्होंने बताया कि मेने गेंहू बंध ओर बाजरा सुरु किया मेने भी आज 6मास से ऊपर हो ओर आज में बिल कुल स्वस हो गया

    मूंगदाल, राजगिरा, कुट्टू, जोवार, जौ, काला चना को बराबर मात्रा मे मिलाकर पिसवायें, 2-2 रोटी सुबह शाम परहेज वाली सब्जी-दाल के साथ खायें 😊

      अब पिछले 3 साल से इसी मिक्स आटे की रोटी खा रहा हूँ, शुगर तो अभी भी है लेकिन दवाइयां बंद हो गई है,
      मैदा , गेंहू और सफेद चावल और बिना छिलके की दालें , जमीन के अंदर की सब्जियां नही खाता 😊

    You are absolutely right.No grain except rice suits me.wheat jowar bajra gives me gut problem like gas loose stools plus make my sugar readings high.since I have almost stopped consuming iam much better

    Sir, my 9yr daughter is type 1 diabetic. We are still eating wheat but now we are changing to other flours like Ragi and makki. But now we will finally shift to millet. Also mixed millet is not recommended as we learnt from a huge experience

      Environment without pollution, clean air, clean water, pesticide free food processed free food (products that come prepared in boxes and cans), no fast or street food, keeps people in villages very healthy.

      एक ईंट पथाई करने वाले को शुगर हो गई जबकि वह बराबर मेहनत करते हैं तब उन्होंने मोटा अनाज खाना शुरू किया लेकिन मेहनत करने वाले को बहुत जल्दी हजम हो जाता है और भूख ऐसे ही चलती है , नहीं खाते तो शुगर बढ़ती इसलिए वह आदमी हर दो घंटे में खाने को मजबूर यह वाक्या हमारे खेत पर ईंट पथाई करने के दौरान मैंने देखा और उससे चर्चा की और ऐसा एक मजदूर मिट्टी खुदाई और ट्रेक्टर ट्राली में भरने वाले को देखा तो साथ वाले परेशान करते और मजाक उड़ाते थे कि पेट भरने आता है कि ट्राली,,, ऐसे लोगों को तो डॉक्टर साहब का उपाय समर्थन नहीं करता है।

    गेहूं के आटे में चना का बेसन मिलाकर रोटी खाएं मात्रा दो रोटी। एक घंटा टहले सब ठीक रहेगा तेल दूध मीट मछली अंडे से दूरी बनाए पैदल खुब चले।

    This mixture is very costly not for common man, Almond (Badaam) for making Roti? Pumkin seeds cost is Rs.30 for 50 gram in the market. even Millet also not affordable for common man.

    It's zero grain but has Carb. Basically any Roti is not good for any one because it is a highly processed food.
    Whole foods are best in many ways. At least less processed foods will be better.

    Any grain which have high carb , is not good for diabetic . Wheat and oats are high in carbs..

      In MBBS any where in the world they hardly teach about nutrition. That is why simple diseases like bp or diabetes are never reversed by allopathy doctors. Only naturopaths can do it. Choice is yours
