    I am 65 years old lady and thank myself for not having those junk food items.Because earlier there were many factors for this.E.g.having big family, economical conditions and the availability of such things in the market.But now affordability of people, availability of junk foods in the market, being busy with work (having no time to cook ) all such things have added people consuming unhealthy stuff.On top of it the taste of such items are so addictive,that you end with consuming more and more.Some youngsters are now become conscious about their diet and take care of it,but still large number of people don't understand the results of this wrong eating.Thank you Dr.for this important topic,wish many will follow.

      Very true ~30 years back , these things were not easily available and wasnt even affordable for middleclass .. 2 Generations back, what one could have during festivals like Diwali by taking effort to make them, now one can practically have every day/ every meal , sitting at home just by ordering through mobile Apps.. its effect is visible only after few years hence raising awareness and inculcating good habits is absolutely must!

      @@adityagadgil2274 it's not difficult to live a healthy lifestyle. I m a businessman having 7 members in my family. I have a duty to make healthy breakfast for all members . my mother make lunch, wife dinner and daughter offen make some brunch. to avoid outside food. its very economical also

    Phele k jamane mein fried and sweet items sirf festival mein hi banayi jati thi lekin ab toh ye item daily khane lag gaye hai.. Aaj ke bachhe jab bade hoge toh unki health kaisi hogi soch kar Darr lagta hai....

      Video is very informative but I once saw the Pani Pori Wala adding Alum to prepare the pani pori water he said that tamarind is costly so we add Alum so I think Pani pori is also not healthy

    Except junk food ....aaj k jydater bache normal khana khake mehnat nhi krte ...dhoop m jaane se ,chalne se drte h...har jagah gadi se jate h...ghar k kaam m nauker rakhe hain
    Mtlab physically work nhi krte
    Haan diet aur jym per dhyam dete h but bahut hi km consistent reh paate h

    Agree with you. Lekin joo aap nhi khate ho yaa aapki apni health ke liye accha nhi he woh aap aapke staff ko distribute nhi karni chahiye. Logon ko simply bol dijiye ki aap nhi khate ho. Me aajkal kisike ghar jaate he toh dry fruits dena start kiye he. Sab yehi healthy kuch dena start karenge toh aapko bhi wohi gift karenge.

      दूध के products कम से कम लेना चाहिए....beef prices सस्ते हो रहे हैं क्योंकि दूध ज्यादा खपत से लोग दबा कर के beef खाते हैं....बार बार भैंसों को pregnant कर करके दूध निकालना क्या इनका शोषण नहीं है??इंसानों के साथ किया जाए तो😢😢?जितना ज्यादा दूध का production उतने ज्यादा मवेशी ,उतना ज्यादा चारा पानी और जंगलों का सर्वनाश😢😢

    I am 46 years Young, I suffered from all common problems which we had while growing up, like, jaundice, typhoid, chicken pox etc, which was common in our teens, but in the last 20 years, I have not even had a fever, apart from common cold, why, because I never changed my routine, I'm a Pure Veg man, our parents fed us the best food, I eat everything, dal, sabji, sag, all fruits, dahi, lassi, mattha, get yp at 5 in the morning, exercise, our childhood was very active, we played cricket for atleast 4 / 5 hours after coming back from school, I m fit as a Fucking Horse, just keep fit and eat right and whatever you want, I don't know about non veg people though

      दूध के products कम से कम लेना चाहिए....beef prices सस्ते हो रहे हैं क्योंकि दूध ज्यादा खपत से लोग दबा कर के beef खाते हैं....बार बार भैंसों को pregnant कर करके दूध निकालना क्या इनका शोषण नहीं है??इंसानों के साथ किया जाए तो😢😢?जितना ज्यादा दूध का production उतने ज्यादा मवेशी ,उतना ज्यादा चारा पानी और जंगलों का सर्वनाश😢😢

    आपने आइसक्रीम का नाम नहीं लिया ज्यादातर आइसक्रीम वेजिटेबल ऑयल सेबनती है दो चार कंपनी की आइसक्रीम ही मिल्क से बनती है और शक्कर तो रहती ही है।
    अपने नूडल्स मैगी आदि का नाम नहींलिया वास्तव में वह एक तला पदार्थ है जिसको पानी में उबालकर खाया जाताहै
    मेदा भी उसमें रहती ही है और घर घर में खाया जाता है

      Apne khane ke liye ! Innocent animals ko marane wala saccha bharatiya ho hi nahi sakta! Tabhi to doctor khud bol raha hai ki india mein 40 se 70 % vegetarian hai ! Hum mar jayenge magar meat nahi khayenge ! Tum to kasai (butcher) ho ! Meat khakar bhi ek din mar hi jayenge !

    Juice, namkeem, sweet yourgt (market)Or lassi , aloo tikki, kachori, samosa, batatawada, fried items, fast food from out, biscuits, sauces (market), mayo☹️, mithai😮(market), colas, wholegrains only 1 and 2roti, less rice, bank on dals and vegetables., toffees, and chocolate 😩

    Thank God Jitni bhi Item bataya Sir aapne Mai bilkul nahi khata !! But Atta Ki roti Regular khata hu..!! Aur Fried Item Almost i Cannot leave Vada Pav , Samosa and Pav bhaji and Many Road side Stall food it's very difficult to leave !!

    My Brother in law was fond of all these things. He developed diabetes at 30 and he passed away at 62 last month of Kidney and heart failure. He had to undergo amputation of his body parts due to Diabetes.

    India may diabetes may main cause hai processed sugar and sugar alternatives jo ki her packed product may bhar bhar ke hai aur sarkaro ka itni jada numbers may sugar mills lagana tax khane ke liye jisse jaggery shakkar aur khand ka upyog band ho gya kiyuki tax bhi nahi hai kai jaggery forms per😢
