As from the Hotel and Restaurant industry I do want to tell everyone that Oil that is used in restaurants or I should say saturated oils that are used in restaurants are to enhance taste in the dishes specifically in Indian recipes. So, as you said we should not use saturated oils or we can say heat unstable oils should not be used. Also not every oil should be used for all type of recipes. I personally use, Desi Ghee, Olive Oil and Mustard Oil in my recipes. I am not talking about deep fried foods here. I do not recommend everyone to use olive oil for cooking regular dishes because it’s one oil which is good but has to be used very carefully (means at a very low temperatures), not everyone knows how to cook safely on low temperatures so I can say safely you can use Desi Ghee or Mustard Oil in Indian cooking. Now let’s talk about Deep Fried foods. The alternative today is Air Fryer using 1 tsp Desi Ghee only. Issues with deep fried foods. 1. Reheating of Oil again and again (usually done in the restaurants, it makes the fats to go to their boiling point multiple times and sometimes cross the boiling point which is not good) 2. Bad quality of oil used in deep fried foods 3. Quantity used in cooking items As you said Mediterranean food is considered the best and I agree with you. Olive oil can be used in Indian cooking if used on low temperatures and used carefully. In such situations it’s better than Desi Ghee but if used without proper knowledge of temperature and technique it’s more harmful. Now let’s talk about ZERO OIL COOKING… just like AIR FRYING… ZERO OIL COOKING is possible if done in a right way. In your other video you mentioned that while doing ZERO OIL COOKING one will increase Carbs… that’s not required. You can do ZERO OIL COOKING without increasing anything in a regular recipe but not all the recipes are sustainable with ZERO OIL COOKING…. Puri can be made with ZERO OIL in water but one have to use the AIR FRYER along with it. In such a situation I generally take 2 spoons of pure sugar . Am I doing correct . If not Pl advise what I should do?
I would go with zero oil cooking + essential fats(almomds, seeds, walnuts because cooking oil not providing that anyways) + regular exercise mandatory. Thats it. At 15:07 he said Vitamin A etc cannot be absorbed without fats. Its doubtfull because carrots dont contain any fats but a great source of Vitamin A
Duffer he said that without fats vitamin A is not absorbed in the body.As vitamin A is fat soluble. Just like spinach is source of iron(not vit a) and it needs vitamin C for iron absorption.

Is drinking tea twice a day and eating 4 to 6 small glucose or other biscuits along acceptable for person with stent. My mother is now in eighties and relishes tea and Glucose biscuits.
