    Thank you Shivangi for very useful information. Interesting to hear about Okinawa as one of the BLUE Zones of the world. I live in Loma Linda, California, which is another Blue Zone. Next time you visit California, please visit Loma Linda. We have the largest population of healthy people living beyond 90 years of age.
