I am a new subscriber. I have a question. Most millets are seasonal and we are not supposed to eat winter stuff in summers. Can you please specify in which season we should consume this mixed flour?
Experts are right becoz they don't want people to mix different flours of their choice..If a doctor suggests the same you must follow his guidelines..I have already made different flour mix suggested by a famous dietician..Hope this helps..

I use organic khapli wheat. Also known as emmer wheat mixed with chana. Expensive but healthy. And also jowar bajra and ragi bhakri.
