Paneer manchurian Cut paneer+Simla mirch+ onion+🍅 Pan m tel garam kro add all things N salt 🌽 flour 1 spoon Black paper ,Ajinomoto if you want n eat this wd plain rice or brown rice
One more step I do in sprouting ....after sprouted I wash once the sprouted chana n mug with lukewarm water and salt to remove the bacteria...and then Consume😊

Can we keep the rest which I can't eat in refrigerator. As I am veg and I need protein for my workout and this seems nice. So can't eat all of this at one time ( don't want to do so much effort to make salad in small quantity)
Arshpreet Singh you can make the dressing separate like salt, lime, black pepper and chat masala. Whenever you want to eat just mix the dressing to the sprouts and paneer cubes. Sprouts can stay fresh for at least 4 days if kept in an air tight container in refrigerator. I hope that helps

We called it as modachi bhel or kachchi usal. Kachchi usal made up with oil tadaka on top. And modachi bhel is serves with tamarind-date chataney/sous. Usal is serves with curd. Other procedure is same.

Don't worry...rinse in salt water and basic cleaning will remove. Also your digestive system will kill half the bacteria. Steaming or cooking or boiling will remove all the nutrition of sprouts and then you are left with only fiber.

Boiling it will reduce its nutrients. For taste, need to compromise !
@@krupahcr7049 As for your concern, lots of bacterias and fungii also get killed because of the boiling. And Not that much nutrients get reduced. It becomes perfect for digestion and our body can absorb all the nutrients and while in uncooked sprouts due to digestion issue our body is not able absorb all the nutrients
