This is really great and credible information but we should not forget that cereals like oats, whole grain toast can be replaced with Indian roti and other cereals like millet , ragi etc. Also, Indian berries like Ber/bor (Indian jujube) Phalse (Wild Blueberries) Karvanda/karonda (conkerberry) Harfarauri (Star gooseberry) Rasbhari (Cape gooseberry) Shahtoot (Mulberries) Gunda/Lasoda (glue berry) can be used . They will be local , fresh and less expensive.

Respected Dr. , you have advised to take green tea in break fast . I used to take one cup daily in empty stomach for a long time but after one month continuous taking, I used to suffer in amibiosis. Is it for that reason or something else. What would you suggest ,SIR . Namaste
Amoebiosis is the disease caused due to micro-organism known as amoeba which present in dirty or un-potable water. As we all know that drinking boiled water or green tea will kill microorganisms it means the disease you suffered have no relation with green tea, you have drink water from some unhygienic source
Hi ! Thank you for a valuable, useful advice for breakfast. 2 years back i saw a video by dr. Eric berg on choline in egg for improving insulin resistance and fatty liver ( along with fruit+ vegetable juice ,flax seeds or chia seeds which i was taking daily) and also 1 tab milk thistle . In 3 months my fatty liver became normal and lost 25 kg , diabetes came under control and i was completely off 60 units of Insulin injections and diabetic oral medicines. I completely agree food can be used as medicine to cure our illnesses.
