FULL DAYS OF EATING | calorie deficit, high protein meals, office 9-5, tracking calories

  • Hello everyone!! 🫶🏼
    Welcome to another episode of What I eat in a day.
    I have been tracking calories for going on 5 weeks and I have noticed my pants are not as tight and I see some muscles popping thru in certain areas.
    My current daily calorie intake is about 1650-1700
    some days I hit the target, others I’m a little short or a little over. Either way majority of the time I’ve been able to maintain a deficit and enjoy the foods I love.

    I’ve been on the hunt for a channel that focuses on realistic what I eat in a day in a calorie deficit. I think I found my new favorite channel 🙌🏼. Keep up the awesome content 😊.

      Thank you! I’m happy you found something of value. I mainly post vlogs but since I’ve begun my fat loss journey I figure why not create content around this part of my life as well. I do plan to keep them in the mix going forward. Thanks so much for your support and feedback.

    I enjoyed this video ! Where do you find your recipes ? And would you do a video on how to start a calorie deficit I’ve been wanting to do it I just can’t find recipes and don’t know where to start.

      Glad you enjoyed the video! Most of my recipes are either from Pinterest, other RUclipsrs or my own with a little healthy tweaks. Thanks for the video suggestion, I could make a video on the topic. I am not a certified nutritionist or health expert but I’ll do my best 😊❤

    What is the recipe for the tuna ceviche? Thxs

      It’s super easy
      Tuna of your choice
      Hand full of cilantro- chopped
      Half of a cucumber cut into small pieces
      One or two Roma tomatoes- your preference
      1/4 c of red onion chopped
      Lime or lemon juice
      Salt to taste
      Garlic powder is optional.
      Of course you can adjust it to make more or less 😊
      You can also do fish or shrimp ceviche but you’ll have to let it sit a while in lemon or lime juice to allow it to cook.
      Lots of great options on Pinterest.
