Welcome to another episode of What I eat in a day.
I have been tracking calories for going on 5 weeks and I have noticed my pants are not as tight and I see some muscles popping thru in certain areas.
My current daily calorie intake is about 1650-1700
some days I hit the target, others I’m a little short or a little over. Either way majority of the time I’ve been able to maintain a deficit and enjoy the foods I love.

I enjoyed this video ! Where do you find your recipes ? And would you do a video on how to start a calorie deficit I’ve been wanting to do it I just can’t find recipes and don’t know where to start.

What is the recipe for the tuna ceviche? Thxs
It’s super easy
Tuna of your choice
Hand full of cilantro- chopped
Half of a cucumber cut into small pieces
One or two Roma tomatoes- your preference
1/4 c of red onion chopped
Lime or lemon juice
Salt to taste
Garlic powder is optional.
Of course you can adjust it to make more or less 😊
You can also do fish or shrimp ceviche but you’ll have to let it sit a while in lemon or lime juice to allow it to cook.
