I made the tomato chicken bake and the lunch dish - both are delicious! I totally get what you mean about the sweet/savory flavors balancing out in the chicken dish! So tasty! Also the lunch dish is quite satisfying. I did sub out the feta cheese for blue cheese and held the lemon on that dish - just mix and it's super great!

Love everything but the chicken came out very chewy so I would recommend cooking the chicken in oil until golden and then mixing with the sauce and tomato/onion (for crispier chicken) I ended up baking it then practically sautéing everything together
Do you eat the quinoa lunch cold or warmed up . And if warm how do you warm up all together in micro or stove top? I know sounds silly but I don't use microwave .
You can eat it hot or cold. I eat mine cold but if you wanna heat it up, only add the feta and greens on the day after you’ve heated up the quinoa and roast veg.
it does reduce some of the flavanols absorption, but it doesn't reduce other nutrients. with foods, there are sometimes certain things that reduce or enhance the absorption of other certain nutrients.. but I don't personally find it helpful to get too caught up on it - there's so much to worry about in life already. when I was studying nutrition I used to get caught up on all these kinds of things until I know longer found it useful to my life. I find that a balanced diet in general is best to get a wide range of nutrition. however if someone had a deficiency in certain nutrients like, flavanols for example, then it might be something to keep in mind :)
