I used rice cooker since 90's until now. My family loves rice and never made mashed potatoes. Everyone is busy and it really saves my time. The rice was perfect. Most of the time I used the left over rice to make fried rice with shrimp, chicken and vegetables. Life is good.

Hi Chef, I just discovered your channel when I searched for meal prep ideas to make for my son and his wife who are suffering jet lag but have hectic upcoming work schedules. I love everything…the meals, techniques, explanations, calm and confident directions. I admit I had to giggle, though, when you said something along the lines of “slide your thighs in and spread them out” in regards to the chicken thighs going in the pan! Not sure if that was innocent or not!😂😮😂 Thanks for the great videos. Binge watching to commence!

Was about to throw everything in the middle, when I had strange smell from chicken thigh (I never cooked it before). Then I forced myself to continue, and the result was amazing. Except I didn't add honey because I don't like sweetness. But in the future, will do so because it will tender the sourness of lemon juice. Thank you!

Definetely not inexpensive if you dont already have sesame oil and a bunch of other stuff he threw in there. If I were to buy this now with the ingredients I currently/regularly have at home it would cost me probably 40 dollars in my country

Suggest, again marinate chicken first before cooking with salt n pepper n lightly sprinkle corn flour n mixed over before cooking in pan.. Plating with rice in middle is preferred, reason is lemon juice seeps to broccoli and will cause it to turn less than green when ready to consume. The rice will absorb some of the yummy lemon sauce when reheating.. Thank you.
