Don’t forget to take magnesium citrate to help w muscle cramps, most people are low in it and don’t know it. It helps relax muscles. ❤ those gyros, pronounced yearos looked great!

i adored this so much - it is really helping me with my recovery and improving my relationship with food! then i worked as a barista, they always taught me too pour the shot on top of the milk - not sure if it made a difference, but it became a habit heh :))
