I liked your choices you had for your meals Olivia. I love sweet potatoes so I’ll have to incorporate them more. For the last year I’ve been doing just enough weights to get by, but I’ve taken your advice and upped those weights, in my routines and it feels great. On the days I work my legs, they feel kinda like mush when I’m through. Same with my arms. I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere! I always look forward to seeing your videos and your pretty face!

I’m so excited to see your bb comp! Are you competing in a natural comp? I’ve seen a big movement of there being a reassurance of natural bb and moving away from steroids. My friend competed years ago and has told me all about the impact even years later of steroids and growth hormones have had on her body. Thanks for the food and gym inspo ❤
Loved the video! I am so confused why I get full with such smaller portions and am so full and bloated at the end of the day. I know I am sometimes under eating but I cannot physically eat 3 -4 full meals and additional snack meal in one day. And I am vegetarian so the protein part for me is difficult as is. I work really hard at the gym and progress with weights but the food part is a struggle. I know I would see better physical results if I would eat more and hit the protein goals but I legit get full within the first 7 bites and then the rest of the portion is just forcing myself to finish the meal and then I am bloated and way too full 🫠🫠🫠🫠
