You explain what you are doing and what it does to benifit the body.. I respect that. So many dudes just upload vids of themselfs working out with music in the background.. which isnt helpful. I like your videos so much better.. keep it up, bro. Youre an inspiration to many.

Well said! The biggest problem is sheer lack of space in most UK gyms. Never enough benches, and they're always in a tiny cramped space too near to each other and too near to the dumbbell rack.
And never enough dumbbells, like you said.
Worse still is the changing rooms with their cramped lockers and barely enough space to swing a mouse let alone a cat. I remember gyms in Australia which were really spaceous, and the locker rooms were fantastic. Nothing like that here in the UK.

I've lost 30 lbs Running 3-7 miles 4 days a week, plus doing2 different muscle groups weight training each day(4-6 sets @ 8-12 reps). I have heard HIIT was better than regular cardio. Now that i went down to 169 It feels harder to burn/loose fat most of it is left in my pecs and lower stomach area, BUT thank you for replying i appreciate the help i will definitely look into doing HIIT rather than regular cardio.
    I am now subscribed!!

Fantastic exercises, I like the kettlebell side-bend, looks more effective than a dumbbell for the position you achieve.
Looks like a great gym too. The big gyms in the States are generally superior to most of the gyms in the UK. Much cleaner too! Some gyms in UK are still in the dark ages when it comes to cleanliness, equipment, space, customer service.

Very good technically you have explained it.. but i want to know what is the difference between abs weight training and using body weight for contraction? can you make a video for showing difference between these two? it will be very useful for me and for many people..
