I am 44. Have been working out since 15. i just learned a lot. Thanks.
You explain what you are doing and what it does to benifit the body.. I respect that. So many dudes just upload vids of themselfs working out with music in the background.. which isnt helpful. I like your videos so much better.. keep it up, bro. Youre an inspiration to many.
Simple put this is the best and most informative fitness chanel on RUclips!! Thanks a lot Rob, really appreciate it

Thanks for doing these videos Rob, I followed your WBFF prep, and have loved the work that you do since then. I wish you the best in your NPC prep and will keep being a supporter of your work. People like you remind me that health and fitness is a life style not a fad.

This reminds me of the fat comedian. Who is at the gym, and sees all the built guys, and is thinking. ....go home you're done
Are you a super Saiyan?
this guy inspires me so much everytime time i dont feel like working out i watch one of his videos and i get pumped!!!
Like the way your videos have improved. Rather than just observing a muscle guy doing exercises, you have now become instructive to your viewers. Your change has helped me make a more solid mind/muscle connection, improved my form which has produced results. Thanks a lot.

Thanks!
I've seen many workout exercises on youtube by big guys! but this dude is by far the best! Good that you explain each exercise carefully so that we know how/why we should do it!
Much respect from a macho 17year old from Sweden! ;-) Thank you btw for sharing your workout techniques..
Great ideas to train obliques. Unfortunately, I have quite wide waist, so I need to train it very hard. I found many really good exercises here. Thank you very much for sharing.
This guy inspires me.
Well said! The biggest problem is sheer lack of space in most UK gyms. Never enough benches, and they're always in a tiny cramped space too near to each other and too near to the dumbbell rack.
And never enough dumbbells, like you said.
Worse still is the changing rooms with their cramped lockers and barely enough space to swing a mouse let alone a cat. I remember gyms in Australia which were really spaceous, and the locker rooms were fantastic. Nothing like that here in the UK.
THANK YOU
thsi is so good ... rated high
i actually havnt seen or really noticed obliques and intercostals like that man that is real impressive abs are something i always neglect cant wait till i get my shit together and start training them as hard as i do everything else
again incredible definition and symmetry
awesome
I love his hand movements when he talks.
I've lost 30 lbs Running 3-7 miles 4 days a week, plus doing2 different muscle groups weight training each day(4-6 sets @ 8-12 reps). I have heard HIIT was better than regular cardio. Now that i went down to 169 It feels harder to burn/loose fat most of it is left in my pecs and lower stomach area, BUT thank you for replying i appreciate the help i will definitely look into doing HIIT rather than regular cardio.
I am now subscribed!!
the breathing technique....brilliant!
thank for the tip
He gives good advices I'm going to subscribe your channel!
I love your videos Mr.RR
Greetings from South India.
good one👍
Very professional, +1
Fantastic exercises, I like the kettlebell side-bend, looks more effective than a dumbbell for the position you achieve.
Looks like a great gym too. The big gyms in the States are generally superior to most of the gyms in the UK. Much cleaner too! Some gyms in UK are still in the dark ages when it comes to cleanliness, equipment, space, customer service.
thank you
Rob looks ready for the contest at 10 weeks out : O amazing !
@fitness4london move out of London and you'll find large, well equipped, spacious gyms. Rob this is a lesson to us all. Amazingly inspirational.
i got a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong way to go, but these vids are inspiring.
Respect Rob Riches ..
Wow. How this video received any dislikes is beyond my comprehension. Oh well...great video man.
Thanks for the advice. Abs are the toughest thing for an older guy like me (56) to get to show definition. It looks like form and breathing is more important than just reps.
Great tip for the breathing sit up
Very good technically you have explained it.. but i want to know what is the difference between abs weight training and using body weight for contraction? can you make a video for showing difference between these two? it will be very useful for me and for many people..
