Lying Hamstring Curls superset with Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 15 reps
Machine Lever Squats: 4 sets of 12 reps
Single Leg Hamstring Curls: 3 sets of 12 reps
Leg Press: 4 sets of 10 reps
Superset Seated Hamstring Curl with Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12 reps

Nice leg video Rob. Agree variety on a leg day is an essential. Keep those videos coming. All my favorite channels releasing leg day videos just before my leg day. Odds of that happening are pretty slim so now i'm super motivated.
