Quick note: I don't train calves within this session.
    1. After 70-90 mins in the gym training legs I want to leave. Concentration and motivations is dwindling at this point.
    2. I'm too tired at the end to give them a proper session. I'm better off training them separately for 15-20 mins when I'm fresh.
    3. They are a strong point for me. If I do train them it will be combined with my core workout, which I tend to do on a rest day or on arm day in AM or PM (2 sessions in the day).

Mike is an absolute God when it comes to Training! He has helped me to establish mind-muscle connections and helped me to execute the exercises properly. I can now feel the muscle that I'm training contracting as I perform the exercises. Also, I feel pumped at the end of my workouts. This leg workout left me sore for days! I would definitely recommend trying it!

Hi Mike, great routine. I saw all your recent routine videos on pull/push/legs/arms... My question is can we use this routine for gain purpose or is it solely for maintaining or cutting purpose. I know the reps and tempo tend to mix all the necessary type 1 2 fibers equally for growth and rep range tend to shuffle, but I want to know your opinion on this. Thanx mate
