now im training
monday - chest
theusday - back
wensday - schoulders
thursday - biceps/triceps/fore arms
friday - i do my legs so they can rest for the weekend
i do my abs on a daily base skipping max. 2 days
youre videos are realy helping for me to reach higher level of my self,
just wanna now if this is a good program or schould i combine 2 muscles groups ?

When he explained the differences between pushdown and pulldown he was basically just telling about different versions of pushdown, because in both of those movements u are literally pushing the weight down with ur triceps. Pulldowns on the other hand are a back exercise, where u literally pull the bar down with ur lats. Hence the names pushdown and pulldown.Also, those bench dips are a notorious exercise which put tremendous strain on the front delts, thus they are not even optimal for hitting the triceps, plus they force ur body into a position that is prone to injury. Regular dips are better.

I've got tiny fucking legs which I pulverize at the gym 2 to 3 times a week. Never ever have I skipped one leg day. Only now I'm starting to see results. Legs are definitely the hardest body part to grow, especially those fucking calves that drive me nut but I'll torture them until they get a decent size.

Whey Protein but then you say Milk isn't for you. Isn't Whey made from Milk? Please help me understand as I am looking to cut Milk for the same beliefs but not sure if I should continue on Weigh protein.

Hey Rob. Love your videos but I don't understand; you say milk is for little babies and still you use whey protein? Whey is the liquid material created as a by-product of cheese production. Why not go natural and use hemp or pea protein?

ive heard a few times, that creatine monohydrate is the worst one to use. You will get a build up of creatnine in your kidneys causing you to feel bloated. This happens because the creatine does not desolve in the shake properly and is higher in PH (and other things happen too) and is the cheapest form of creatine. Creatine HCL is far superior.
So im confused why you (Rob) are using creatine monohydrate
