Rob Riches Ab Workout:
CIRCUIT 1: (Perform 1 set of each exercise, then immediately perform next exercise in circuit without rest. Repeat circuit 2-3 times).
Rope Pulldowns/Crunch: 20-30
Lying leg Raises: 10-20
Medicine Ball V-Twists: 30-50
CIRCUIT 2: (Perform 1 set of each exercise, then immediately perform next exercise in circuit without rest. Repeat circuit 2-3 times).
Swiss Ball Crunches: 20-30
Hanging Knee Lifts: 10-20
Side Cable Crunches: 15-25
*(Performed as a super-set exercise)

Nice video. I feel as if the weakness in my forearm is holding me back from going heavier for bi exercises.
dont need to go heavier just constant tension and consistency ,your forearms will get stronger over time the more you do back exercises

Rob I have physique competition at my university after 8 weeks . I am at 20 percent body fat now.What would you sujjest me to get tounder 10 percent body fat for the competition in 8 weeks.
Good exercises. Is there a problem working biceps and triceps the same day? Some people do that.
I used to do that - trying to focus on gaining more size, but I've actually found that working both of these (smaller) muscles together on the same day really gives me a better pump, and I feel as though I've trained them harder than if I had only focused on one group per workout.
