End-of-bench skull-crushers: 3-4 sets. 12-10 reps
Dips/push-downs: 3 sets. 12-8 reps
Triceps push down: 2-3 sets. 15-10 reps
Barbell curls: 3-4 sets. 12-10 reps
Incline dumbbell hammer curls: 3 sets. 12-10 reps
One-arm dumbbell preacher curls: 2 sets. 15-10 reps
*Reverse dumbbell wrist curls: 2-3 sets. 20-15 reps
*Reverse EZ Bar curls: 2-3 sets. 20-15 reps
*Barbell wrist curls: 2-3 sets. 20-15 reps

Rob Riches is such an inspiration ! Few days ago I asked him a question about calves on his instagram and he took the time to answer me. I've seen lots of bodybuilding teachers on RUclips, but Rob is the best one by far ! His videos are extremely details and really interesting. I've recently start a VLOG channel on RUclips (you can subscribe #alwaysplug :) ) and I did a 6-week fitness challenge. It's tough, especially if you are a beginner but video like this one motivates me and push me to keep on hitting the gym every single day bro ! FITNESS REALLY IS THE FIRST STEP OF GREATNESS ! Rob !!! So what would you consider the most ample time frame for a chest , back , arm work out etc ? Should it be between 1 to 2 hours or 3 to 4 hours in the gym ? When should one consume the supplements prior to the gym or through out the day . As a OTR truck driver I try to do my best to stay fit and meal prep using my own keto meal planning . I get about 3 days a week home so I spend about 1-2 hours in the gym doing
Low to medium weight at a high volume rep , keto diet and 15 mins cardio to just get the blood pumping... looking at cutting and gettimg shed . Goal is to be 150 lbs cut amd lean . Currently 179lbs @ 5'7 so any help you can offer or a new video idea post for you ... truckers like to be fit as well .. may e you should direct a few videos towards trucker .

yo Rob, is there a red line with regard to number of sets for biceps that should not be crossed for each exercise, is there such a thing as doing too much! if there is what is the best set range that one shouldn't exceed?
