You shall never do more than 4 bicep exercises, if you do more all you'll get will be muscle stress and overtraining, train biceps with back, that way you'll have a better work on your arms

when going all the way up to your shoulders your forearms become involved more, the point he is stopping at is full contraction of the bicep, going any further will not contract it any further, just the forearms
