    3:39 Machine Push Downs: 3 sets of 12-10 reps
    5:43 Rope/Straight Bar Pushdowns : 4 sets of 15-12 reps
    9:09 Incline Bench Barbell Curls: 4 sets of 12-10 reps
    13:27 Machine Curls: 3 sets of 12-10 reps
    14:57 High Cable Curls: 3 sets of 20-15 reps

    My biceps have been lagging and I thank you for theses tips. I have been training for 10 years but this variation on the biceps will ignite them. I have found that there is always one exercise for everybody that has a maximum effect on a particular bodypart.

    This was truly great arm video. I learned a little about a lot of exercises I do but not as well as you. Like it when you demonstrate & take time explain form & how best to capitalize on exercise. Let's have some more videos.
