    CrossFit fella was really irritating. I’m 57 been training most of my adult life and love listening to younger guys like Rob. Keeps me learning new things. Key word CrossFit dude, Listen! silent, same letters.

    Those curls where u lay down on the cable row machine is so pointless. U get the same effect from just standing up and doing them

      Disagree, a lot more strict - removes all momentum. When standing you can tend to want to swing a bit to bang out those last 2/3 reps (which has its place at times - depending on goal).

      @Riley The “Cheat Curl” was a protocol made popular by Arnold Schwarzenegger back in the Golden Era to OVERLOAD the biceps towards the end of a set. There’s an article I recommend you go read on www.ignorelimits.com (search “cheat Curls”). This will answer your questions 👍
