Hats off for beeing that consistant throughout all these years. One can feel the motivation and the love you put into it. Keep pushing and thank you :)
I heard from the Blue Star channel that you're returning in September. This is good, because that'd be a wonderful birthday gift for a guy like me who admires you, your workouts and meal plans.
Excellent video Rob, thank you very much always. Your friend Jorge Olmedo from the south of Spain, always attentive to your publications for decades and decades..., I always wish you the best.
Years ago, I saw Mr. Riches at a Whole Foods supermarket in Los Angeles. He looked so fit. It is great to see him demonstrating food preparation here !
"Oh but isn't that adding extra sugar? Yeah, A tiny amount" Hahahahha I love Rob's videos he always comes up with the best information out there super well explained to the roots of the matter, makes you understand everything deeply and how it works. I'm glad he is still around for this and every time I wander out of my goals and come back it is always Rob's videos that bring me back to my best shape every single time.
Good recipes. Could say in vid to adjust for you're metabolism. As we're all different. I can consume huge amounts of fat. Not put weight on or fat. But too many carbs over 200g a day. Put fat on stomach hips. Top of legs. I don't have sugar except 1 piece fruit a day.
Guys, try organic apple cider vinegar for the vinegar ingredient recipes. Its a small change, and not much more in price, but i think it is different than regular vinegar. Seems to aid digestion of carbs for me..give it a try. Just use a very small amount, stop if any stomach upset as vinegar is acidic so don't gulp it down obviously.
Just on the last meal, might be better mixing directly in a cereal bowl not as much waste/cleaning. Also not entirely sure adding berries so late in the night is a good idea for people that might have issues sleeping as it could trigger a sugar rush of energy. But overall some great ideas, I do wonder however with the egg yokes it seems like an awful waste of a good product, is there another use for them in other meals to minimise food waste? Kudos also, never thought of boiling some rice in a larger pot and steaming some veg on strainer at same time!
What if you have your workout first thing in the morning, say 45 minutes after you wake up. What can breakfast and post workout meals be (given you cannot workout on a full stomach and need to have breakfast afterwards) . Thanks a million!
Well I'm at around 16 calories x bodyweight for my baseline intake. I'd suggest starting at around 20-22 x bodyweight, which would be 2860. Follow this for at least 2-3 weeks and then if your weight has't increased, add a further 200 calories a week.
@@robriches how are you only 16x body weight for maintenance calories with all the muscle mass you have? Rob, do you not get any steps during your day? I would assume you’re 17 - 18x body weight in calories non problem, unless you only get 3,000 steps per day of activity?
@@robriches Rob, you’re not only extremely strong for your size, you are also a massive guy with aesthetics as well. I never would have thought you would be at 16x for maintenance. I assume you are super active every day and require 17 to 18x easily for maintenance calories. Rob, I’ve been seeing you in the media since your interview with Dianna Dahlgren, like a decade ago. How many active steps in daily activity do you average nowadays?
All fitness influencers are confused with fat, and fat in diet does not add fat to the body. As for carbs, the amount consumed would lead to metabolic destruction in the general population. High fat, medium protein, and low carbs would protect health.
@@gordion1 first off, don’t confuse me with ‘an influencer’. I’ve been doing this for 20 years. Follow your high fat diet all you want. This approach has given me optimal health for the past two decades plus.
@robriches I have followed bodybuilding for many years and subscribed to Joe weider"s magazine. I was always impressed with the physiques on show but disappointed at what they had to go through to achieve this. I have followed you for many years and do not intend to stop. I also follow most health blogs, which condemn sugar and carbs, and are proven to cause most of the general populations unwellness.Keto flex by Ben Azadi is very good. Combining good health and your obvious fitness would be a valuable combination.
Once they slow down on the working out, they'll gain weight. It's a much less taxing on the body to consume good fats as you say and to stay shredded. They don't need to eat so much protein. Not all fats are created equal, however. Polyunsaturated are definitely bad. Saturated are good. At 44, I eat a good amount of saturated fats and work out only an hour a week and I'm shredded.
@@robriches You tested positive for Avavar. This is well known. And no you didn't accidentally take it. It's ok to stop lying these days. Everyone is coming clean.

Not sure, I'm no expert, but casein is a slow burn protein, maybe few small cups spread out??
When you add the carbs 65g what is it? You didnt say?
What’s better than using cooking spray?
How much cottage cheese did you use in the pancakes mate?
Just a 20g serving of cottage cheese into the protein pancake mixture.
do you take magnesium? if so how much daily?
Yes, I do. I take 1000mg calcium and 500mg magnesium. One serving daily with a meal.
