Please make the daily calorie videos more relatable, idc if you hire a chef and have him cook the meals at your place, just please show a more sustainable style of refueling. Eating out for every meal and getting deliveries can be very inconsistent, and I think thats an understatement.
You should check out some of his old full day of eating for that.

I wish I could ever learn the mastery of calculating macros when eating out as good as you man ! If ever try to calculate my calories only eating out I end up gaining fat, so even at the moment, when I can eat out all the time, I still prefer to eat boring meals at home so I can really control my calories

you can eat table sugar and u will lose weight in caloric deficit
same goes other way around: if you eat more then maintenance and its pure fat (according to ur logic u wouldnt get fat) and u will get fat. try it, eat 5000calories of fat and see if u gain weight, lmao
