sauce selection on point, I put red curry paste and smokey barbecue sauce in my curry chickens, it was so hard giving up cheese for the diet. That broccoli cauliflower combo is good night or day or evening first thing in the morning lol, I love cauliflower.

This resonates so much with me about the 'simplicity' piece I'm not a bodybuilder, but I have eaten pretty much the same meals for breakfast/lunch/tea every single day for the last 8-9 years. I prep breakfast and lunch the night before, and batch cook my dinner meals every Sunday I look forward to every meal, and never get tired of them People make fun of me about it, but I'm not bothered

Love your videos man. As a truck driver myself who routinely works 10-12+ hours daily, I REQUIRE simplicity when I get home after work. I have meat thawed in the fridge ready to be cooked and I’ll usually eat that with an Uncle Ben’s rice packet and that’s dinner. Simplicity is everything! If I forget to thaw meat, it’s usually a pizza or a couple burritos. But I try to keep thawed meat in the fridge!
My meals that i did for the week are: Chicken, mix bag veggies, rice 2nd meal for prep is Rice and Tuna Mac N Cheese I do 2 cups of rice and separate it for all meals Then I have my protein shake and spinach and veggie shake as well With Gnc Mega Man Multi daily. I will start adding cream of wheat and berries on the stove for breakfast options =D Hope these are doing good so far! I'm always watching nutrition and lifting videos to make sure I'm learning while i'm eating
My next home will have a complete home gym in it. I don't have the room in my current home. Planning on getting my next home in around 2 years. I have some equipment right now, but nothing compared to what I want. Meals looked delicious.

I've spent so much money on high protein cookbooks just to have a laundry list of things I never feel like cooking. I'm out of work and I STILL don't feel like cooking all that sh!t. But these videos remind me to just throw some chicken and burgers on the Foreman grill and some rice in the rice cooker and call it a day. A few days.
Evan, quick question or two. How do you keep those dumbbells looking so good? Mine are rubber or rubber coated too and are in my garage gym but seems like the weather is starting to get to them. Do you clean or wipe them down with anything special?

This may be dumb, or maybe you’ve answered this before, but what do you do in the sense of caffeine? Is that a no go entirely or is there something you recommend for coffee/energy drink drinkers, to help get away from those drinks?
