    Thanks for sharing the video! I learned something new. Doing pushups off the bench!! Better on my shoulder instead of bench dips.

    Nice idea with the foam rolling on the barbell, something to do whilst resting between sets

    The best mass builders for the triceps are not included. close grip bench press and dips. also, french presses should be done on a shoulder press stand, not a flat bench like skull crushers (If you have stretchy bands to keep your arms straight on an upright french press- it works better.
    The rope push down on an incline is really cool though. Ill have to try and get the angle right

    I like doing overhead tricep extensions super setted with cable kick backs Cable pushdowns super setted with reverse cable extensions I like to try to stay to same equipment due to maybe crowded gym hard to use different equipment for super setting

    Very impressive triceps Rob!! Top arms in general. A "slightly" shorter bicep head is a better looking arm in my opinion.

    Hi Rob, I am your big fan and have seen many videos of yours. In this video, camera men failed to capture complete body posture. He/she was only focusing on your face and triceps. In any exercise, complete body posture must be correct. Please share this suggestion with your camera men.

    I like the kickbacks but even with low weight it kinda hurts my back now idk whyy so I stopped doing them :(

      Lie down on the bench, i'm sure it would be possible unless you have long af forearms

    0:50 Pause there and then tell me he doesnt need to work on his forarms. Im not hating, but it really looks out of proportion in some angles. If i was him i would make that my number one priority.

      You're obviously not aware of metamorphic body types and ignorant to the fact. Rob's body is ectomorphic, which always looks the best when muscle is stacked on it. But his forearms, wrists, bones etc aren't huge, he's got small wrists, which are actually great because it makes his arms look bigger. If his forearms where bigger his arms would not look as big, it's the genes he was dealt and 100% of women love him for that look and equally all fella's would love that look....now go eat your big mac and read an anatomy book.
