    thank you so much for providing such valuable information from time. to time. I was wondering I have seen people do 3-4 sets of 5-6 exercises for bicep and triceps too. Is it overtraining?

    The bro science is heavy in this one 😆. A bicep is an elbow flexor. Period. Basic biomechanics

      Ant B true but the main movement for bizeps ist to supinate the arm.
      We have a lot of more different muscles to flex the arm. Specially the brachialis

      Kanal von BRAiNWASH the primary function of our bicep is NOT to supernate the wrist. It’s elbow flexion. Hence why you CAN build impressive biceps doing soley hammer curls with a pronated grip. You did yo re-read your noted mates, because you’ve been fed incorrect information
