    I like your new style of filming & sound. Seems like you have warmed up to your viewers. It's apparent your wanting to teach yet involving us in the exercises in a personal way. If you were doing this style before I didn't see it. Keep up the good work Rob.
    I appreciate that we are same height but not weight. I'm 5'10", 211lbs, bf 12% & 80 years young. You've given me a idea of physique I can develop with greater effort. I've been blessed with great genetics which allows me to train intensely and make incredible muscle gains. Now working on getting leaner. Your videos give me inspiration. I'm told I look 60, act 40 but I'm 80yo. So trainers at my gym keep encouraging me to enter a contest but I dont think I'm ready yet.
