Calculate your TDEE, eat at least 10% over that. Get a visual bf% estimate, WEIGHTx(100-BF%)x2.5 =Protein intake in g, weight in kg.

So difficult for some people to actively recruit the clavicular head/portion of the chest due to how they're built anatomically speaking. The problem in doing incline bench press is, no matter how good and strict you are with your form, the front delts get worked.

I do, and even with keeping my shoulders 'down and back' on the bench, because of the type of dumb bells I have in my gym ( Techno gym ), I can't elicit a good squeeze or contraction at the top of the movement ( the dumb bells themselves restrict the range of motion and get in the way of each other).
Other dumb bells are fine, and I CAN get that squeeze, however.

No, i fully understood what he was talking about. But if you open your damn eyes at 7:30 then you will see that he is clearly not keeping his arm at a fixed angle. He is clearly bending his elbow on the way down and extending it on the way up. Im not saying thats wrong, i do it the same way. Im just saying its not true when he said he is keeping his arm/ellbow at a fixed angle, since he was spending quite a bit of time explaining that in the video.
