Hah, that's the first time I'm seeing Mike in a tank top. He said in multiple videos that he doesn't wear them.

What's crazy is years ago I said Mike was my favorite bodybuilder just because of his demeanor in the gym. But he continues to inspire and educate me about his art with videos like this and seeing him in the gym. Killer video guys--you both put in a lot of work. Nice part 2 follow up.

Love it Rob! You're really inspiring doing these videos trying out different things, to show different aspects of training and the fitness lifestyle. This is really something new I haven't seen in any other youtube channel. Hands up to you!

I enjoyed this and took a lot from it. Mind set is so important to remain motivated. This vid also demonstrates that it is not unrealistic to achieve a good body. JUST STAY FOCUSED!!

Thanks for doing a follow up to the previous time you guys did the big three. It introduced me to Mike Ohern's superhero like character. Also Im one of the many who found those tips so useful and incorporated some of those exercises in my life.

This is great. Funny when Mike says he got his ass kicked by his sisters and Rob is dying laughing then gets real serious fast lmao.

One thing i want to point out at 6.29, which is my pet hate in the fitness industry, that people have this misconception that cardio is for "fat loss". No. Cardio, is for health. Its for improving your Cardio Vascular system and of course fat loss is a bi-product. But i believe you should always do cardio, even when "bulking". But maybe thats just my opinion coming as a former athlete. But apart from that little gripe... THIS VIDEO IS AWSOME!!!
