    Rob went into beast mode. When you lifted 495, your aura of manliness pulled that lady over to you (starting @11:59).

    The first motion wasn't an incorrect deadlift it was a stiff legged deadlift which is a great assistance exercise. I would think an incorrect deadlift would just be more improper form variants that are less productive with more injury risk rather than actually useful training variations.

    Hey Rob have you ever felt some lower back pain/discomfort the days after performing some good deadlifts?
    Last week did deadlift, all good form and weight, but have that feeling only on my left side of the lower back.

    For all the form police saying touch and go isn't correct/doesn't work look up George Leeman. Pretty sure touch and go is a valid way of training.

    moving weight correctly? First of all touch and go reps, bouncing the weight off the ground isn't correctly. You really need to do your research and learn how to effectively especially if your giving advice to thousands of ppl.

    • @Buttsorcerer
      @Buttsorcerer 9 лет назад

      +Gain Forth Are you fucking kidding? Touch and go isn't correct? Look up George leeman.

    • @GainForthGym
      @GainForthGym 9 лет назад

      Believe Your Beliefs firstly George Leeman's deadlifting technique is far superior to Rob Riches, secondly just because your strong at a lift doesn't necessarily mean your technique is optimal. You also have other factors to take into account such as pound for pound strength and drug use

      +Gain Forth Nothing wrong with touch and go reps moron.
