    That form on bent over row with a rounded back is one way ticket to snap city

      +Eddie Aytona literally thought the same thing. Seems like Rob is always on point with form but that definitely stuck out

      @JackSloan 8 лет назад

      +Sebastian Beasant I'm not going to get into a pointless youtube argument over rob riches form with you. I will say however, I disagree with you completely as far as his form on seated cable rows

    • @JackSloan
      @JackSloan 8 лет назад

      +Mark Richardson Honestly dude IMO, his form works WAY more of your back as opposed to sitting upright with a straight back. A straight back makes it much easier if you ask me. If you don't allow yourself to bend as he does you're unable to fully stretch out your back. It's hard to explain but next time you're lifting, drop the weight and just practice his form and really focus on fully stretching out your lats in a two part motion, its a much harder/better exercise that way.

    Man those bent over rows made my back snap just by watching. From a bodybuilding point of view where the contraction is so important, I believe Rob went a little too heavy. Though it's only my opinion, he's got years of experience and probably knows what he's doing.

    Hey Rob,ur videos are cool and amazing. I have a problem lately. My right chest seems to show amazing developments while my left is lesser nd my left upper pecs are not prominent as the right upper pecs. Googled it and it said muscle imbalance bcoz of my weaker arm,my left and hence the less development. I would request u to kindly help me out to even out my chest and hope u wud make a video on how to correct uneven pecs. Thank u

    • @abhiverma9294
      @abhiverma9294 8 лет назад

      don't ego lift bro...decrease the weight of your hands can't keep up with each other. also emphasize more on push ups maintaining proper form and pec flyes with the machine. .

    • @SRakesh420
      @SRakesh420 8 лет назад

      +Abhi Verma Thanks for the info but can u be a little specefic,like i lift 20kg on each side during a bench press..i feel my right streach nd work but the left just dsnt wanna let in...tried pushin harder with my left and a little with the right but it didnt seem to help either

    • @fazesrl2888
      @fazesrl2888 8 лет назад

      +Rakesh rajan depending on if you're right or left handed, that side is naturally stronger. Thus if you do barbell work, your body compensates. If you bench press, your stronger side does more work, and your weaker side automatically does less. So do dumbbell work or unilateral machine work, and lower the weight to what your weaker side is capable of. From there, work back up.

    • @abhiverma9294
      @abhiverma9294 8 лет назад

      Rakesh rajan Ohh..so you just started lifting. Don't worry then , give it some time it will get into position with time , keep the weights lower and try to go for reps. , also don't miss your other workouts as well , for eg , back workout can have quite an effect on chest , cable rows , barbell rows can be quite helpful , try these. And instead of working with dumbbells for biceps , work out with barbells. Hope it helps. Stay fit and keep lifting.
