Rob Riches Chest Workout: (Superset*)
Flat Bench Press - 4 sets x 12,10,8,strip set
Dumbbell Overhead Extension* - 4 sets x 12
Incline Smith Press - 3 sets x 12,10,8
Seated Machine Flyes* - 3 sets x 15,12,10
Incline Dumbbell Flyes - 3 sets x 12, 10, 8
Weighed Dips* - 3 sets to failure

Hi Rob good to see you again thanks for the good stuff , I'm glad yesterday I did work out my chest and did most of the exercises on the video without knowing ^_^ but the next time I'll put in practice the rest and make it completely and I maybe burned before I finish but I'll try
probably you have the best shoulder out there those anteriors show up even with those big biceps I'm getting a lot of improvements and knowledge thanks to the little variations on the technique you give us and it make me think some of other ways too

Wow good job rob on upper chest development. I also like the scientific method (of sorts) approach to this workout. IDK if you read comments, but I have found that there is a connection between front neck muscles and upper chest recruitment. I also enjoy very slow, low rep unilateral presses for my warm up, with my free hand touch training my opposite side upper chest to maximize recruitment.

It would be nice if you did a video on diet and nutrition during bulking phase & cutting phase. Please note I am a vegan (I take egg whites but no meat). I cant seem to find them, thanks. yo rob.. I always train on my own iv lost alot of spotters , how would you suggest pushing to max with only your self to motivate. its hard to go to failure on certain exercises on ya own. nice to get a shout back dude. gazza. United Kingdom
I saw two video for chest workout ,this one and upper chest workout...my question is do you do all chest workout one the same day ?
rob how much do you rest between supersets? let's say you did 12 reps bench press and 12 overhead extensions and now how much time do you take before you go and do those 2 exersices for 10 reps???

HI Rob , Iv been wanting to meet you for years now I even wanted to go to the photo shoot in December in Aldershot but I live in Preston Lancashire , so it would have cost a fortune on the train just to see you but I train at JD GYM in Preston and would love you to come down sometime , the lighting is perfect for shooing videos and photos. You've have been a BIG inspiration to me over the years EVERY gym I go to train in the staff always comment and say that I train very hard were do I get my energy and commitment from , well its thanks to you Rob that I follow and study each and everyone of your videos over the years and your nutritional advice what has made me the person I am today. I'm VERY interested in natural body building and the fasting abs / fasting cardio I find works for me brilliantly and I feel that will push me into comp low body fat %
