    My first workout was doing pushups while waiting for a video game to load lol. The loading times were really long and frequent and I used to play 10-12 hours a day.

    I love Rob and have been following him for years and no doubt he was a huge inspiration for me when I started getting into fitness. But this video is a clear indicator that he was on something before. This dude was able to bench 3 plates at one point and is now struggling on 90kg incline?

    any tips of getting them "visual muscles" for example on the delts so it looks like kind of a ball?

    • @TogrutaTanoYT
      @TogrutaTanoYT 7 лет назад

      Start doing more high volume workouts, meaning more reps, more sets combined with shorter rest periods. Genetically speaking, some people have denser, fuller muscle bellies than other people but you can improve your muscular fullness by attacking a specific muscle group from multiple angles. Supersets and dropsets help, as well.
      Good luck!

    • @deadben1129
      @deadben1129 7 лет назад

      ***** less weight, same or higher? And thank you for the advise :)

    • @TogrutaTanoYT
      @TogrutaTanoYT 7 лет назад +1

      DeadBen It's all to do with feeling the contraction!
      For some that requires you to lower the weight, others can use the same weight as they normally would. As a general guide, you'll want to lower the weight about 25-30% of whatever weight you're using for any one given movement to be able to really pause at the top of your range, hold that position, squeeze the muscle as well as control the eccentric phase back down.
      Give it a try and let me know how it goes! Any more questions feel free to DM me :)

      Course he is natural. If you have to ask you obviously don't follow Rob. He's maybe around the same height as me 5'10 or so and weighs around 180lbs. Which isn't actually that big. He looks bigger because he has trained hard for so long he has filled his frame out so well. That developed physique with low body fat looks impressive
