Rob Riches Chest Workout:
Flat Dumbbell Presses: 5 sets of 15,12,12,10,8 reps
Decline Barbell Press: 4 sets of 12,10,10,8 reps
Incline Machine Press: 3 sets of 12,10,8 reps
Machine Flyes: 3 sets of 12,12,10 reps
Cable Flyes: 3 sets of 15,12,12 reps

Rob your instruction, dictation and lectures are the best. I have
learned quite a bit about muscles, breathing, muscle contraction, and
training exercisers. you posses discipline as well. you're looking bulkier than in older videos. your physic resembles Arnold S. but on smaller scale.

+Rebar Ali that's good if u are intermediate level already train heavy to fail decline bench presses,dips and cable flyes should work but also depends on your nutrition and supplements dude...

take it easy for a while train lightly until youre shoulder is good again it helped me

I don't feel the burn on my chest when doing these exercises but I feel it on my arms. Is that normal or I am doing it wrong?
Gangster Gastino it just means your chest can handle more weight than your arms so you will have to keep doing it until your arms are in the same level of strength as your chest. If that makes any sense lol

Those machine flyes are deadly for people who lack shoulder mobility, people who have shoulder pain shouldn't stretch as far back then bring together and squeeze the chest.
