    Warm Up: Circuit of Incline Presses & Dumbbell Flyes
    Incline Bench Press*: 3 sets of 12,10,8
    Wide Grip Chin Ups: 3 sets of 15,12,failure
    Dumbbell Flyes* (Incline/Flat/Decline): 3 sets of 12, 12, 12
    Push Ups (Decline/Flat/Incline): 3 sets of 15, 12, failure
    Cable Flyes* (High/Mid/Low): 3 sets of 15, 15, failure
    Parallel Bar Dips: 3 sets of 15, 12, failure
    *(Performed as a super-set exercise)

    WOW Rob has put on some nice size over the years, I remember watching the video of him first training with Mike O'Hearn in Venice. Small guy then, now look at him. Also seems your cameras have gotten a lot better to.

    Nice one Rob....you would have pushed harder of you had a spotter on the bench press and incline workout, but u got the job done. I think I'm gonna add the resistance band to my workout and see how that works for me.

    I really appreciated how you explain why you're doing each exercise and give visual examples. but I just found it funny how out of breath you were after doing the first light bench 😂

    I don't know seems weird he's doing pull ups for chest day and saying he's feeling pumped in his chest when he does pull ups might start doing bicep hammer curls for calves you never know they might grow

      Gokul Suresh same problem here, concentrate more on ur lower chest part( decline bench press, dec.dumbell press) !! u will find a difference in 1 or 2months..

      Push/pull. Opposite muscle work. Pullups work the lats which expand chest size and act as stabilisers during bench.
