All of my questions have been answered in the comments... EXCEPT for one.... What product do you put in your hair to make it look so stylin' !? Rockin that cut Rob!
Hi Rob, just love your training videos and at 60 years old I have learnt a lot from you and have achieved good gains on my overall physical appearance.
Wow, you have some of the most well defined rear delts I've ever seen. Don't think I ever saw them pop out just like that. It's way more proportionate to the front and side delt, good to see so much effort put into it. I mean, I've seen bigger shoulders for sure, but yours seem to make just enough room for everything right into place. Good job!
Very good demonstration. . I have been watching his videos for two weeks and result is going to subscribe his channel now to get maximum amount of benefits. .
Hi Rob, Your Videos are too good and simple to understand. Do u have any particular workout videos for those who are starters, are fat or overweight and want to reduce weight/fat and get lean. looking forward for the reply
sir I'm new in gyming and I don't have a trainer.. could you please share some routine workout for beginners with weights and machine exercises that one should start with...
There is a point when you are going too heavy. You're not getting a full contraction of your traps because you are going too heavy. Great video thanks for the upload.
Hm... there seems to be a lot of mixed advice out there about how to best hit the rear deltoid muscle. Personally, I use very light weight to do the first exercise he demonstrates, 4-6kg dumb bells and concentrate on getting the 'squeeze' at the top, and just max out my reps. I find doing anything heavier compromises my form and technique and doesn't engage/recruit the muscle effectively enough. For a large part of the movement itself, the muscle isn't engaged anyway, as gravity just takes over, making that the 'squeeze' at the top ever more necessary?
Yeah paying attention to gravity will certainly help. That's why he goes on to cables and also rear delt fly. I'm just wondering does it pose a question that it should be done on an angle all the time if you get better recruitment from being bent forward on the rear delt fly.
This 2 parts of my body... Are so lagging..... I am going to do those exercise... One a week... 1.upper 2.lower 3.traps and rear 4.rest 5.lower 6.upper 7.rest
perfect video but somebody can write to me name of exercises.May be he says in video but my english is not enough.sorry guys :( By the way thanks a lot for video.
In a video he said it ''turns out'' he's using a perfomance enhancing supplement... A protein powder or something, not even his own brand. Pfft... Pathetic.
Less elbow wear yes but it also keeps more tension on the rear delt because in order to hold your arm in that bent position your rear delts must be contracted

Mukesh Goswami agree with you but its important to hold it at the end of the move, otherwise it will be only for rear delts
There is a point when you are going too heavy. You're not getting a full contraction of your traps because you are going too heavy. Great video thanks for the upload.

perfect
Bent over rear delt raises are a bit of a tricky exercise to master.
jboatown lie your forehead on a bench
You can also lie on an incline bench and do that exercise. To keep tension off of my lower back that's how I do rear delt raises
jboatown in this one people should start with light weight to master the form to comprehend the movement
Seriously need to get off my ass and train calves and traps I keep "forgetting" 😂
song at 12.17 please ?

Size of him! No way, can he be natural. He's a fucking beast! I wouldn't want to go near him.
Wtf is wrong with you?
He's in the GYM working out. Its more than many can say.
In a video he said it ''turns out'' he's using a perfomance enhancing supplement...
A protein powder or something, not even his own brand. Pfft... Pathetic.
ArrKidd you want the fuck slapped out of your skull??
niceee bro
Size/density of his shoulders suggest some sort of 'chemical enhancement'.
Y Fish. Yep better living through chemistry.
He's just lean with good insertions. If you think you can do that natty maybe don't lift brah
Do you mean sss... stt.. sttteeerrrHorse meat! Horse meat? Does he eat horse meat?
Y Fish lol you really dont know shit about personal trainer
Why not keep the whole arm straight during the rear delt flys?
Ben Sands I think it relieves elbow stress.
Less elbow wear yes but it also keeps more tension on the rear delt because in order to hold your arm in that bent position your rear delts must be contracted
fit
