    Rob Riches Rear Deltoids & Rotator Cuffs Workout:
    Seated Alt. D.B Curl to Arnold Press: 3 sets of 10 reps
    Seated D.B Lat Raise to Front Rotation: 3 sets of 10 reps
    Bent Rear Dumbbell Flyes: 3 sets of 12 reps
    Dumbbell Horizontal Rotations: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
    Front-Facing Incline Bench Rear Delt Raises: 3 sets of 8 reps
    Front-Facing Incline Bench Front Raises: 3 sets of 12 reps
    Incline Bench Side Arm Rotation: 3 sets of 15 reps
    Seated High Cable Pulldown (to Face): 3 sets of 15 reps
    Side Cable External Rotation: 3 sets of 15-20 reps

      +Rob Riches great video yet again!! Besides shoulder and how to train to avoid injuries, another common injury is elbow pain...golfer's and tennis elbow. Maybe you can do a video about what to look out in training to avoid injuries like that...and also what to do after if you get these type of pains!

    Hey thank you Rob for this video it was so cool , pretty much what I need for my shoulders I see everybody talking about the weakness of those muscles and I started to think I have an advantage because of my sport swimming I have then great and I can flex them much further without forcing them and now I know how to train them to be stronger at my dry land exercises

    first time I see a spotter while someone doing pushups at 09:30. Anyway, I think that Rob has the most complete physique. Every muscle is in proportion etc. Goal physique. Keep it up Rob

    1:10 "rotator cuff muscle" actually there's 4 muscles that make up the rotator cuff: the supraspinatous, the infraspinatous, the subscapularis, and the teres minor

      Workot it on every shoulder day, twice a week at least is true. you should not overrest muscles

    Sir, if I may ask. Why do you super set your rotator cuff exercises with delt exercises? SInce the muscles comprising the rotator cuffs are weak, wouldnt it be better to focus on them so that your form wont be compromised?

    I'm not an expert like Rob, but everything I do for the rotator cuffs, is done with bands only. I don't use weight whatsoever because of risk of injury... those muscles are small and weak as fuck

    you are One of my favorite fitness man BUT there is a problem... I am french and its very difficult to understand totally What you say about your vidéos training :/
    Here in France, a lot of People look your videos but many People like me doesn't understand.
