any body has an advice for people with non matching abs ? like i got right side abs bigger than the left side ones ???
When he does the leglifts he is just going down with the legs so stay are streight up, others i've seen put them the whole way down so they're almost touching the bench/ground, I could this be more effective? or maybe you don't get your side abs to work as much?

Harder actually does mean better...usually. Unless you shift the tension to some other muscle and I don't think that you do in this case so I'd rather do the fuller contraction of the abs.

people you have to realize that he uses winstrol and clenbuterol sometimes,clen is not even a steroid,his physic is not from steroid,its from hard work but you need to realize that he uses clen and winstrol occasionaly
How much sets and reps do we want to do for each workout
abs the more the better, but constant contraction works well too
try to do 5 set of 20 reps.

Hello there, have you considered "Musclegends" (look on Google)? On their website you can watch a great free video explaining how you can start building noteworthy muscles really fast. This made it easier for Ryan to break through his bodybuilding plateau and pack on cut lean body mass with no fat very fast. I hope it will help you too.

I can't get in shape! I'm peeved and frustrated. In the end last month I Googled Belly Busting Box and set about using their system. Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my BF got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
My classmates laughed when I told them I was going to build muscle with "Max Muscle Extend", but then I showed them the results. Google Max Muscle Extend to see their reaction.

Hello, have you heard about "Musclegion" (search on Google for it)? There you can watch a smart free video explaining the best way to start building noticeable muscles easily. It helped James to break through his muscle mass building plateau and therefore build cut muscle without fat fast. It might work for you as well...
Wow now I know how to get a six pack while having sex. I will surely use my lower abs to thrust my hips forward. aaahhh I learn something new everyday.
