I've lost 4 pounds in 3 days, what I did was I quit drinking a 2 liter of mountain dew everyday. for breakfast I eat a Apple, drink a bottle of water, and eat a handful of almonds. whenever I get hungry. I just eat green beans and a grilled chicken breast. then I go do sit ups or some kind of exercise. I went from 177.9 to 172.8 in 3 days.

Just cut down on how much you eat and when you do, eat things like salads. Also, go for a jog for about 30-40 minutes a day or just kick a soccer ball around (anything to be active and burn off your excess fat). While your doing these things you can do your ab workouts so that when you do lose the fat they will show. This could take 6-8 weeks if you really commit to it. Best of luck!
don't stop eating unless you want to die during the workout. Cutting out junk food is fine, but cutting calories all together is stupid when you start working out
He's right, dont stop eating or dont cut out your calories, you need them, just eat healthy things! try and avoid any junk food at your disposal. And a good combination of CARDIO and muscle training will take away all of the fat you still might have, im telling you by expirience....do some cardio one day, then some trenght training the other and soon all the fat will be gone c; It worked for me! When I was 15 and I wanted to lose lower belly fat I used a waist trainer. Look for them at ross or Walmart and wear them throughout your work out and and even after to keep burn that after work out fat. And eat tuna. I use too eat raw can tuna.
Well I'm referring to the people who eat way too much. Obviously if you eat too much food that you don't burn you won't lose weight, remember, to lose weight you must burn more calories than you consume. Also just a note don't drink protein shakes to lose weight it won't work cause its for people trying to gain muscle mass instead drink v8s or something so you'll get the vitamins and nutrients you need in just some liquid. (Just adding that because I know of people who have made that mistake)
This is gonna build you a good set of upper abs. I got a feint 2 pack from 1 week of this . I then started kickboxing and Fitness and i got a good 4 pack . I lost it due to losing too much weight and taking a break from this but I'm back . I'm almost 15 , i am 5'8 and i weigh about 55-60kg

You have to rest the muscle after an intense workout. I'm 15 and 5'7 and my body is alright. You should eat protein the day you workout , workout those abs till you start sweating and can't move them then take the day off and work another muscle like your biceps. Then the next day work your abs hard again.

Question, If I can really feel my abs when I work out, like actually feel them hard when I touch my stomach, does that mean my body fat is almost low enough to start seeing them.
This gave sosme really good advice about the back. Never did plants because of my back but just did this workout no problem.

How long will it take me to gets abs? Im currently 15 and 5'11 and i weigh 150. When i flex my abs i can feel them but they dont really show & i still got alittle bit of belly fat. Just cut down on how much you eat and when you do, eat things like salads. Also, go for a jog for about 30-40 minutes a day or just kick a soccer ball around (anything to be active and burn off your excess fat). While your doing these things you can do your ab workouts so that when you do lose the fat they will show. This could take 6-8 weeks if you really commit to it. Best of luck!
don't stop eating unless you want to die during the workout. Cutting out junk food is fine, but cutting calories all together is stupid when you start working out
He's right, dont stop eating or dont cut out your calories, you need them, just eat healthy things! try and avoid any junk food at your disposal. And a good combination of CARDIO and muscle training will take away all of the fat you still might have, im telling you by expirience....do some cardio one day, then some trenght training the other and soon all the fat will be gone c; It worked for me!

When I was 15 and I wanted to lose lower belly fat I used a waist trainer. Look for them at ross or Walmart and wear them throughout your work out and and even after to keep burn that after work out fat. And eat tuna. I use too eat raw can tuna.
Well I'm referring to the people who eat way too much. Obviously if you eat too much food that you don't burn you won't lose weight, remember, to lose weight you must burn more calories than you consume. Also just a note don't drink protein shakes to lose weight it won't work cause its for people trying to gain muscle mass instead drink v8s or something so you'll get the vitamins and nutrients you need in just some liquid. (Just adding that because I know of people who have made that mistake)

I got a feint 2 pack from 1 week of this . I then started kickboxing and Fitness and i got a good 4 pack . I lost it due to losing too much weight and taking a break from this but I'm back . I'm almost 15 , i am 5'8 and i weigh about 55-60kg

Muscle growth requires protein but it won't happen unless you exercise too.

You have to rest the muscle after an intense workout. I'm 15 and 5'7 and my body is alright. You should eat protein the day you workout , workout those abs till you start sweating and can't move them then take the day off and work another muscle like your biceps. Then the next day work your abs hard again.
