I tried that kind of work out for abs yesterday after my ab circuit work out I figured it out instead of just putting my legs at a 45 degree angle as a normal crunch. I would put my legs up straight and do the crunches like that and it really works effectively.
I just got the inspiration i needed to start working out again! Thanks from Norway!

You're right. He didn't fail with anything. He just didn't mention diet, which is absolutely necessary to understand if people want lean abs.

I personally experienced best is giving 3 days rest everytime.Workout/rest 3 days/workout/rest 3 days for abs.Thats what i do and i got great results

How often should i do these exercises? Should i do every day or take breaks?

is there a way tone the linea alba? (long vertical line right in the middle of the six pack) . i have 3 packs on each side, but it won´t look like a six pack until i get that line in between.

My way of avoiding it is to shower as soon as possible post workout. Basically I get done at the gym, chug my protein shake and then hit the shower as fast as possible while my body is still heated and my pores are opened up. If I don't then my shoulders will start to break out

is it true that body acne mostly occurs when you work out. Because i had body acne before not a lot like 4 or 5 on my back and i was fat and didnt work out ive been working out for months now and i see contant acne on my body and even on my face. if you know what i should do or you have thiese probelems to please like and message
It is safe to work the abdominals every day of the week, but many trainers prefer at least one to two rest days for abs per week.

i heard ab exercises with your back on the floor aren't the best, and whats the difference between wanting abs for looks like looking chiseled against abs have endurance against punches in things like martial arts

The chest can be shaped, no doubt. But not inner/outer, only upper and lower, because that means strenghening different fibers, but along their whole lengh. There is a tad of truth in working lower/upper abs, but the lower abs you are working with the special workouts wont work the lower rectus abdominis any more than the upper, but the non visible muscles behind the rectus abdominis, so everybody is failing the point ;)

No but it will build them up, meaning that if/once you have low enough fat levels to see your abs,they will appear more defined.

we do not need to do crunches all damn day i tell you i hurt myself for days i have to back off on it! i come back in couple of days to do some more i eat less and eat balance meal for dinner and snack lunch no big meals at lunch breakfast fruit cups or yogart
Hi there, have you tried "Belly Fat Blaze" (search on Google for it)? There you will find a practical free video. This made it easier for Kenny to get rid of his tummy fat. It may help you also.

What is your %body fat and weight?
Change your cameraman.. he is more focus on showing your muscles than showing the exercise positioning or movement.

I suggest you don't do these with your legs supported like Robs shows, because you might ues your legs to perform the lower abs part of the movement rather than the abs (even if you don't realise it). Just raise your legs with the knees bent (like Rob does in this video, except without the rail).
