Perfect, I worked for more than 8 years as PT and the Crossfit is probably de most complete, but not allways can resist this kind of train, in fact they fail... Excellent, I saw exercices I did not see before. Very well.
nevermind that! most of us can't even do 3 pullups, this guy does a pull up hanging at 45 degrees, which would already murder your back and abs, then he pauses at the top and does a knee tuck... are you fuckin serious?
I've been doing these for about three weeks now, the first nine 10-15 reps each. If you're a gym rat working out on machines and treadmills, try this. I guarantee you WILL realize just how out of shape you are. I do this three times a week and run 7 100yrd sprints down at the college track twice a week. I'm going to see if I can get all 44 going by the end of the year. I'll let ya know. See you in December.
I discovered this video about 2 years ago, and I can now do every exercise on here except for the 360 pushup (my brain just doesn't understand how). Thanks for the motivation.
I've been able to do it (kind of rebuilding at the moment), I've just stayed largely away from it because of the wrist impact risk. Looking into building up and injury-proofing my wrists more intentionally, at the moment.
Keg Wg i do squats, pushups & bicycle crunches. on march 23 last year i was taking a package of 7ups 2 my basement 4 my mom. it was her birthday & i fell. i had a concussion & my brain was bleeding so I had 2 stay in the hospital 4 four days & get a shunt. i wasnt allowed 2 work out 4 three months but now i am again. im trying 2 get ripped 4 summer. if i hadnt fallen i wouldve tried last year
Hannibal objects. Those leg flutters were not manly enough. But seriously though. Awesome performance and neat exercises... If you can survive the journey of getting there. 😳
Love this video. It is now almost 5 years old yet all of the exercises even more used than ever before. Thankyou for your introduction 5 years ago brother.
I saw the beginning I was like ok this seems manageable and then he starts doing these workouts that are all level 1000 , I'm like yeah , not even happening anytime this life time lol
fr the first exercise was mountain clappers so i was like ah this is a normal workout, and by the end i was like wtf only like 10 percent of people watching this can even do a backflip more or less a burpee after
❤ God ☝ 🙌👆..... You truly have an underrated comment ... Although I feel 5 years late on subcomment I know Im right on time ... Praise be to God Praise Be ..... Christ 👆☝🙌...
Hershey Ford well i can do a regular push up..... you know the ones that you used to buy from the ice cream man in the neighborhood when you were a kid lmao XD
this was my daily regiment for 12 years ,through high school, college gymnastics and 3 years as mr all natural illinois in 1986.7.8 its amazing how being a gymnast you get so balanced and ,srtronger than any other sport ,your using every muscle , try an iron cross with a l leg up ..
If you're doing them on a continuous bar, you can slide your hands together along the bar and touch your knuckles. This lets you practice the explosiveness and movement without ever taking your hands off the bar completely.
The 360 pushups are a thing. Twisting exercises are so underrated and rare for most people to do but it's great for your obliques and intercostals and possibly serratus anteriors among the more obvious things.
Did you not see the aztec push-ups and the backflip push-up he did? In what possible way is that a practical exercise and how on earth is it useful??? The only purpose for a lot of those exercises is for bragging rights. Regardless, they're still pretty damn impressive.
AK33M its for explosion training. strengthens high twitch muscle fibers. so u hand a running back a football and he wants to accellerate and explode thru a defender there u go.
All I can say is the Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life of whom shall I fear. Found in the Holy Bible Psalm 27 1 it is not our strength it is the Lord who gives us strength so Praise the Lord for everything.
I'm not sure wheither to lol or beging angry cause of scamming... I'm 99,9% sure that doing clapping hands in any of these excercises is just showing of, and doesn't do jack shit... (you can push just as hard/explosive without doing clapping during your upwards movement) Besides, in ~1/4 o the "excerises" I see no point in them in the 1st place - e.g. one armed hanging leg raises - wtf is supposed to the better/more effective if you don't use your muscle hanging around but just the basic structural integrity of the one arm (unflexed muscles+bones)
Plz dont talk about something you never tryed or can do.How do you know it doesnt do jack shit if you never tryed it? + look at the guy he dosent look bad he looks fucking ripped...
97cofi Yes he looks good, but that doesn't prove at all that clapping during upwards movements does contribute anything. And learn basic logic arguments before you say/write anything and/or read my COMPLETE post which seems you didn't in the 1st place.. Btw. I already DO/did know a bunch of BW-excercises and do some of them - but for bodybuildiung purposes (mix of strenght+Hypothrophy) at not just lean strenght; no bw-excerise I know includes clapping... Besides I have quite a bit of knowledge regarding bodybuilding respectively sport-medicine and simelar topics... - I might as well already could be a personal trainer for that matter... And in the 1arm hanging leg raise it doens't look at all like he's using muscles to just hang there
jasonrocks72 Well, I probably agree and that thought, but even than it still stands that the clapping is just showing off as it's doesn't further improve your strenght gains - as I said, you can push just as hard/explosive without it. And why the f..k the 1armed hangig leg raise is supposed to be better than the 2arms one if you don't use your arm muscles to hang there in the 1st place and instead rely and your arm/shoulder integrity (UNflexed arms) is still open..
who the fuck are gonna do this?.... This video is only for showing up and maybe for a few supermen out there interested to try it. Not for normal people training on gyms.
can you do it?... I've been training in the gym and swimming for almost more than 10 years. I know what I'm saying.... this is for a different kind of people, definitely not for everyone and not even for most of the athletes out there..... but of course if you can do this...why not making a video so we all can see?
nate11star lol liar im in the gym not even a year i have good physical condition but im not even good yet and i can do 70% of these except that with backflip im not that athletic if you were in the gym for 10 years you could do 90% of these ...
nate11star yup. if u can finish like 10% of them, ur good enough already. still, if u really want nice muscles, u should be able to do 30% of them. all of these actions? yep, they are showoffs. anyway, it's a good vid isnt it?
Actually, calisthenics is endurance training. The more you do the more your body endures the pressure. Strengthening your muscles, bones and joints. Unlike weight lifting, this is the healthiest exercise one can do
lol there's loads of regular people in the gym. through most of the exercises you can see regular people staring at him in awe while he does these exercises
It's a deployed location. You can see Army and Air Force in the background. Depending on the location, the gym is an oversized tent of some sort, or sprung shelter like in this video. This also explains the lack of mirrors and general lighting of the place. Also the divider wall that can be seen in some areas of the video, they can't go all the way to top (and don't need to) for safety reasons. When you're deployed, the gym is the most populated area.
2013dcollette I didn't read the comments until watching the video for about five minutes and I thought to myself 'This is a boxer or fighters training routine'. You said it, 'military gym', same same.
Just to enlight you guys.. These are some of the best exercises, but this guy didn't built his body doing just this, so don't espect to be like that by just doing these things.. haha the world would be beautiful and perfect if you JUST need to do these things... heh
I'll start making videos for youtube.. I have one video that's from 2012, I think.. I uploaded it recently but it clearly shows that's me.. I mean wtf.. As soon as I buy decent camera I'm gona create my channel... FTW
Excellent collection of exercises and video presentation. May, but not all, of the exercises are out of my range, but hey, with arthritis, damaged vertebrae, and other djd no surprises here. I will be programming a lot of these into my workouts. Thank you!
Today in my personal fitness class we watched this video, then chose 10 of them to do as many as we can! It's actually really difficult and once you practice a bit it's really difficult to hurt yourself! The only one I almost hurt myself on was the Muay Thai pushups
***** Honestly, it depends on what you seek to achieve. 360° is more of a cardio/explosive/mind reactivity exercise than anything else. Good for fighters or martial artists.
***** Point taken. This will never make up for a good jumping rope, but I could see myself including this kind of exercice in my Tabata explosive routine, if I'm away and I'm short on equipment. Altho I'd probably try the superman pushups first.
Excellent, I have never seen this level of self control in explosive movements. My first prioriy is the train in and for martial arts, and I can see this kind of train must be impressive!!! Thanks a lot, really thanks!!

Definitely some of the best ones...some of which are not so easy ;)
I've been doing these for about three weeks now, the first nine 10-15 reps each. If you're a gym rat working out on machines and treadmills, try this. I guarantee you WILL realize just how out of shape you are. I do this three times a week and run 7 100yrd sprints down at the college track twice a week. I'm going to see if I can get all 44 going by the end of the year. I'll let ya know. See you in December.
Good luck
Frankincensed Don't attempt the ones using just finger tips, they WILL unnecessarily fuck your joints up sooner or later. Period.
Frankincensed i just started recently. hows progress going?
just because you can't do all of these doesn't mean you're out of shape..
Jesse Redfield It may just mean you're not ready for the circus. lol
That last one was very impressive. Wasn’t going to subscribe at first, but glad I watched till the end!
Are you kidding me 1 handed clap push ups?!?
I surprised he didn't do "no hands" push ups lol
This video all around makes me look bad! Good stuff man.
Looking into building up and injury-proofing my wrists more intentionally, at the moment.
i've lost 21 pounds & put on a pound of muscle :)
By doing which exercises specifically if you don’t mind me asking?
Keg Wg i have either 12 or 14 of jillian michaels’ dvds & her bodyshred program
This guy is the king of calisthenics....
HANNIBAL FOR KING?
Brave SVK Nah, Ill give it to professional gymnast.
.
Brave SVK you disagree?
I dont understand your sentence
Love this video. It is now almost 5 years old yet all of the exercises even more used than ever before. Thankyou for your introduction 5 years ago brother.
i've seen 3 or more times this video... and every single time i said: OMG!
Damn. This guy's a fucking beast.
How many women have privately messaged you with irresistible offers?
AWESOME collection. Love the dragon walk push-ups!!
backflip burpees my ass XD great video thank you
Beast mode: activated
The only bodyweight exercise I can do is gut-ups
LMFAO
canadate123 de
Possibly the best workout ever condensed into ONE. I used these exer as my weight cardio. AWESOME video. Thanks for posting.
I saw the beginning I was like ok this seems manageable and then he starts doing these workouts that are all level 1000 , I'm like yeah , not even happening anytime this life time lol
fr the first exercise was mountain clappers so i was like ah this is a normal workout, and by the end i was like wtf only like 10 percent of people watching this can even do a backflip more or less a burpee after
@@richardsainz4762 he was just showing off towards the end lol .
The Bible says we are, "Wonderfully made." This amazing athlete reminds us of that Scripture!
❤ God ☝ 🙌👆..... You truly have an underrated comment ... Although I feel 5 years late on subcomment I know Im right on time ... Praise be to God Praise Be ..... Christ 👆☝🙌...
I'm watching this and eating a burger from McDonalds
real gangsta
Nice warmup routine! I did 3 sets of each before an intense 45mins of freeweights.
Will incorporate this from now on, thanks.
So your warmup took over an hour 🙄
I can do exactly... none :(
i can do spiderman push up only
Hershey Ford well i can do a regular push up..... you know the ones that you used to buy from the ice cream man in the neighborhood when you were a kid lmao XD
Funny how everyone in the back keep watching him
If you don't put in the work you are not going to get the results, and good diet and nutrition are just as important too.,
this was my daily regiment for 12 years ,through high school, college gymnastics and 3 years as mr all natural illinois in 1986.7.8 its amazing how being a gymnast you get so balanced and ,srtronger than any other sport ,your using every muscle , try an iron cross with a l leg up ..
How about some legs work to start sorting out all that disproportionality.
his legs are well defined, he is just so tall that he hasn't the bulk of the legs you are looking for mate.
INSK86 feet? you cant even see his feet, hes wearing shoes. and what does feet have to do with anything?
what you on about? ;)
flamefleir He said legs.
Hwaigon Look at his edit history. He said feet.
Clapping Pull ups - If you haven't got a budget for false teeth, then please don't even think of trying it out.
If you're doing them on a continuous bar, you can slide your hands together along the bar and touch your knuckles. This lets you practice the explosiveness and movement without ever taking your hands off the bar completely.
3:33 This guy's arms have arms, Damn!
令人印象深刻的训练视频,伟大的体重训练,值得在家中为了健康而练习。
Ok, the last two were just showing off.
The 360 pushups are a thing. Twisting exercises are so underrated and rare for most people to do but it's great for your obliques and intercostals and possibly serratus anteriors among the more obvious things.
Thats crazy. A lot of that stuff is pointless. But regardless, its crazy that he can even do it. Like that Aztec pushup... fucking insane.
pointless? can u please explain to me why?
Did you not see the aztec push-ups and the backflip push-up he did? In what possible way is that a practical exercise and how on earth is it useful???
The only purpose for a lot of those exercises is for bragging rights. Regardless, they're still pretty damn impressive.
AK33M its for explosion training. strengthens high twitch muscle fibers. so u hand a running back a football and he wants to accellerate and explode thru a defender there u go.
Simply doing bench press, squats and powercleans are a lot more practical to teach explosiveness...
Actually, any exercise which involves moving your entire body through space will benefit you far more.
All I can say is the Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life of whom shall I fear. Found in the Holy Bible Psalm 27 1 it is not our strength it is the Lord who gives us strength so Praise the Lord for everything.
Bible was created by men, not God.
WOW loved that move where you jump up with one leg and go down press up with one back extended leg! Cant wait to master that one! Thanks
I felt like this video should appear when searching for "New sex moves"
I struggle to get out of bed ...
this is a machine .
Excellent collection of bodyweight exercises. I learned some new moves that I'm going to try. Thanks.
I'm not sure wheither to lol or beging angry cause of scamming...
I'm 99,9% sure that doing clapping hands in any of these excercises is just showing of, and doesn't do jack shit... (you can push just as hard/explosive without doing clapping during your upwards movement)
Besides, in ~1/4 o the "excerises" I see no point in them in the 1st place - e.g. one armed hanging leg raises - wtf is supposed to the better/more effective if you don't use your muscle hanging around but just the basic structural integrity of the one arm (unflexed muscles+bones)
And in the 1arm hanging leg raise it doens't look at all like he's using muscles to just hang there
Frank U. It gives tanjable guidelines to the explosive nature in the excersize.
jasonrocks72 Well, I probably agree and that thought, but even than it still stands that the clapping is just showing off as it's doesn't further improve your strenght gains - as I said, you can push just as hard/explosive without it. And why the f..k the 1armed hangig leg raise is supposed to be better than the 2arms one if you don't use your arm muscles to hang there in the 1st place and instead rely and your arm/shoulder integrity (UNflexed arms) is still open..
Frank U. it's about precision, speed. don't be hatin just cause you can't do them.
who the fuck are gonna do this?....
Dominik Podgornik You're right :D . I can do most of the exercises, but some of them its a no way. I'm not a gimnast pro.
nate11star oh sory for calling you a liar then i misunderstood you ..
nate11star
yup. if u can finish like 10% of them, ur good enough already. still, if u really want nice muscles, u should be able to do 30% of them. all of these actions? yep, they are showoffs. anyway, it's a good vid isnt it?
Looks like a great way to f#ck your joints up.
Actually, calisthenics is endurance training. The more you do the more your body endures the pressure. Strengthening your muscles, bones and joints. Unlike weight lifting, this is the healthiest exercise one can do
What is this a superman gym? All isee is like giant buff guys working out lol
lol there's loads of regular people in the gym. through most of the exercises you can see regular people staring at him in awe while he does these exercises
I think he's a contracted army or marines civilian trainer.
This gym is on a military base, that's why lol
He is not Human
+mbero akoko In some ways he's more human.
Just to enlight you guys.. These are some of the best exercises, but this guy didn't built his body doing just this, so don't espect to be like that by just doing these things.. haha the world would be beautiful and perfect if you JUST need to do these things... heh
Bullshit..I am sure that is someone else's picture in your profile.
that's your problem kid...
***** You can make yours and lets see....No disrespect.
Thank you!
The title of this video should be ''44 pointless exercises that are dangerous''.
***** You sure know a lot of 'em, obviously *eyeroll*
***** Point taken. This will never make up for a good jumping rope, but I could see myself including this kind of exercice in my Tabata explosive routine, if I'm away and I'm short on equipment. Altho I'd probably try the superman pushups first.
You are a moron.
One of the best body-weight workout video ! Impressive strength ! Good video !
What's the music at starting, anyone please?
Solid. No nonsense.
I've seen every single one of these exercises before but great to see them all in this same video 🔥💪👍😎
Excellent, I have never seen this level of self control in explosive movements.
My first prioriy is the train in and for martial arts, and I can see this kind of train must be impressive!!!
Thanks a lot, really thanks!!
Amazing! This is going to take some hard work to be able to master, but i'm down by heart! Lookin foward to do. ULTIMATE Calisthenics! "Adapt and Evolve!"
Amazingly strong human! TRULY LIKE THIS A LOT! 100% RESPECT to this strong man
Awesome! I love using body weight training....great exercises..thanks!
Fantastic Vid and very inspirational. One of the main exercises in pure body strength comes from developing the humble push up. Nate you think this guy was born a Superman, he got there through hard work
Massive respect to you!!! I wish I was as core strong as you. Truly inspiring.
