after 4 years of hard work, went from really ripped to really really ripped
Nope. He went from really really ripped to *STUPID* ripped
calisthenics is not about getting ripped its about getting stronger
@@pentaxtp7527 nah power lifer is about getting stronger, calisthenics lacks one thing and that is legs. They train legs not as much as upper body. Power lifter trains everything, even if they had to get fat to become stronger.
@@hemtaro1890 ok but he trains also deadlifts and squats
Anime chat, that was straight up incorrect facts... calisthenics can have weights for excercises to get big legs and in some cases they do advanced leg excercises In order to achieve that. Also you forget that that typically can’t do shit calisthenics people can do due to the coordination and muscle control
That 50kg pistol squat was stupid impressive.
Matt Wegner did a more stupid 55kg later that day. Bye bye knees
@@MichaSchulz Are these bad for your knees?
Pisquila 99 depends 😁
Pisquila 99 yea if you aren’t conditioned and if you lose balance and your knees wobble during them definitely . It happens sometimes that’s why it’s super crucial to get form down .
@@MC-qd2yv yeah a strong core is necessary to not lose balance during pistol squats
I'm glad you don't skip legs
Funny
It's really nice to see a calisthenics athlete that trains deadlifts and squats too
squat is a weighted calisthenic.
@@TheArtofBoxing101 If you take barbell squat as calisthenics, then you can say about every gym exercise that its weighted calisthenics...Barbell Curl? yeah u do that move without weights every day = weighted calisthenics, Rope Triceps Extensions? Yeah u can do it wothout weights too = weighted calisthenicsxddd
@@CalistFitness it's anything that requires to move your whole body through space so curls and shit wouldn't actually count.
@@CalistFitness a squat = calisthenics. Barbell squat = weighted calisthenics
@@CalistFitness I see where you're coming from, but it's not exactly true. A barbell curl can't be a calisthenics move because the bodyweight version of that would simply be elbow flexion; you're not moving your bodyweight through space in the same way you would with any other calisthenics exercise. It's the same with rope extensions; with no weight, it's just elbow extension. A squat with no weight is still a bodyweight squat, so it qualifies.
I know some other youtubers that would put "30day transformation" in the title xD
:DDD
It's possible you'd just have to be some obsessive nutjob with no life of their own no job too. You'd have dedicate every second to do it and train for hours a day. You wouldn't be healthy but you could do it.
@@hainleysimpson1507 impossible to build a physique like this from scratch
Dashi Mitashi Of course it can be done it would take a year and a half.
@@hainleysimpson1507 oh yeah then sure. I thought you meant a physique like this in 30 days
What I love the most seeing calisthenics ppl is that they're like obsessed every time to be better and stronger and even do 'silly' stuff at home or anywhere. That's a deep passion and determination!
Full planche with big legs... WOW!!!
Wheres the full planche at?
@@magadzhabraftw6157 13:45 or something
that was nearly a maltese though
@@rikrishshrestha5421 more deadplanche
Veenex that’s not even that hard tho I can do that but only straddle on floor
I find it really amazing how you can be so muscular and still be able to do calisthenic tricks and how you can be so lean but still be able to lift an impressive amount of weight.
Search for Stipke, or Andrea Larosa, those guys are huge and can do it all too.
@@joaogmfigueired3612 They huge though just lean and we'll developed. If they lifted weight often then they would be huge.
Bodybuilders struggle with cardio and calisthenics. People who do calisthenics can be good at lifting heavy weights.
@@amortality999 That's only pro bodybuilders of the past three decades though but you have a point. Understand bodybuilders don't train for strength they train for mass, they are very damn strong but the nerves are trained to activate muscle groups differently. Also calisthenics doesn't train strength but predominantly endurance. Your muscles are very strong even if you are lazy bum but your nerves aren't up to par to use all that power. Calisthenics trains your nervous systems to work in groups to move only your body through space in three dimensions so your muscles don't need to be particularly strong or dense but your nerves have to very well developed.
@@hainleysimpson1507 Calisthenics, typically weighted calisthenics, gives strength and endurance.
In 2014 you are shredded bro .... pretty good💪🏻
Good on him. Squats and deadlifts are really important for overall functional strength. The muscles in your posterior chain like glutes and lower back make up your core as well
yes and it's also calisthenics idk why other people don't add this in their workout
It’s really funny to think that this guy is so strong he could gain 75KG of fat and still do a chin up haha
That's nearly impossible because you'd start losing muscle as you gain more fat!
@@craetydonutkey1348 wtf are you on?
@Setsuna Kiryu Muscle gain plateaus after the first couple years and then diminishing returns but strength gain can up.really high for some people it's down to genetics.
75kgs of fat I'm sorry that's just not possible. Do people not know what muscle looks like? Us are surprisingly strong and enduring motherfuckers our durability is still shit though
@@craetydonutkey1348 it's just a joke asshole
2022 predictions
deadlift +400kg
squat +250kg
pull up +150kg
Just messing well done man, hope you become even stronger :)
Hawer Lohur no way he deadlifts 400kg
@@Robert-ig6zh of course not, it was a joke, because he gained a lot of strenght in short period of time
Hawer Lohur who ends a joke with a smiley face and nice words lol
@@hawerlohur3866 4 years is not short period
@@sekoe844 who ends a joke with "just messing"
...oh wait
They're called muscle ups because before you can do one, you gotta be pretty damn muscular.
No xd
xd yeah
Lol not true
Couple of woosh guys over here
Meh not really
To date, one of the most inspiring videos I’ve ever watched. Outstanding work
Wow thanks a lot man!
It is even more impressive when you see him at the gym.
A wise man on weed once said “If you ain’t first, then you’re last.”
Reese bobby, yeah !!
The second place is the first loser.
I really hope you are strong with this kind of mindset
How many chin ups? Oh, zero? Yeah, as expected.
Puh mega heftige Transformation riesen Respekt an dich! Du bringst Deutschland bis an die Spitze von Calisthenics :D Viel Erfolg weiterhin bist eine große Motivation

YOURE THE MAN! Thanks for inspiring me to start my channel and vlogging my weight loss transformation !
after watching this
i can only say this is the real passion and you have done it fabulously.
I’m over here struggling to lift up a cast iron skillet to store in the cabinets and this guy is doing weighted pull ups like it was nothing.
mad respect from rome ! u are a beast man.
Was eine Leistung Wahnsinn. Habe vor 6 Monaten mit Calisthenics angefangen und das Video war für mich pure Motivation.

This is like the fourth time I watch this video, it inspires me so much
Absolutely incredible. I’ve followed you for a long time and you’ve provided so much inspiration over the years that it’s made it pretty easy for you to become my favorite Cali athlete. I bought a program over the weekend and I’m beyond excited to unlock my full FL and hopefully a straddle planche by the end of the 3 months! My PR for dip is 70kg and someday I hope to join you in the triple digits. Thanks for your hard work
Thanks for the amazing feedback!

Thanks a lot!
du bist kein mensch.. du bist ein MONSTER haha
100% respekt !
allein zu sehen wie sauber deine ausführungen über die jahre wurden sollte schon genug motivation für die leute sein, auf jeden fall bist du eine sehr große inspiration!
Şahin danke bro 💪🏻
Nice to see someone natural on the YT finally, not givin bullshit lies to us. Good job. keep it up.
Right when you landed the back heel I knew you were talented
Greg J 😂 thanks bro! But this trick took me forever back in the days
Micha Schulz are you still skating every now and then?
Benjamin Wetscher no not really... lost motivation
Micha you're a G brutha. This video was fucking inspiring. Respect from CA, USA.
Mega geiles Video und extrem starke Entwicklung! Alles Gute für deine nächsten Ziele!
impressive to say the least. Well done!
Calisthenics is good but weighted calisthenics is another level 💪🏻
Exactly!
absolute CALISTHENICS MASCHINE!
Respekt an dich und viel Erfolg weiterhin!
This is an amazing transformation from intermediate to almost elite. Most people cap out when they reach intermediate(including myself atm), but, this a great demonstration of reaching that next level after the intermediate stage. Congrats.
Half way through, I was like ... Oh, I can do that. Then he stepped it up.
damn, goals!!
This guy will become a legend! Congrats bro💪💪👊

Hard work is clearly visable!
Congratz man! You are an example for other calisthenics trainers.
I just bought a weight vest bro what a difference im not giving up great video bro cheers
You turned into a god damn tank!
Sehr motivierend, wahnsinns Leistung
Deutsche Kartoffel✌️💪
Loved it man, motivates me even more to carry on and experience new challenges, keep the great work up✨
You're a beast man! Keep up the good work!
Very motivational video and very underrated channel.
Hybrid training (combination of calisthenics, weighted calisthenics, strength & hypertrophy weight training) is evolving and I believe it will become highly appreciated in the next years. You are one of the pioneers (you and your coaches) in this type of training and you are going to change the strength and fintess game soon.
PS. I found you on YTube, really liked your training approach, I followed you after on Instagram and you are one of the people that I watch frequently, keep pushing your limits and inspiring people, thank you for everything you have shared with us so far and we expect even more!
Sorry if my english were not so good.
Maniac RUclipsr thanks a lot for your feedback bro! I will continue to deliver more quality content for the community 💪🏻
Agreed on the hybrid training! Definitely seems like training in general is headed that way. I like to throw in sprint training for legs too, that's another good one to add!
@@weshallneversurrender Of course, explosiveness and speed for the win!
It’s what I think of actually functional Crossfit lol
I'll do what I can to make this popular here in the states. This kind of training is what I thrive. However, too many people are stuck on either powerlifting or bodybuilding. There is freestyle calisthenics, but this weighted calisthenics is more along my alley. Great transformation brother. Keep up the great work. 💪🏼
William Santiago thanks bro & thanks for watching and spreading the message 💪🏻
Me too I feel like I found my path
Around here people just lift weights and be like gains and say calisthentics is easy
Brenson Brosh apples to oranges
@@PEACE-gc4ip Well It depends on what kind of strength. Its the best to build strength relative to bodyweight. IE - Super bulky strong men probably can do a planche pushup or other maneuvers. In contrast, calisthenics guys probably cant bench 400 pounds. 2 training methods for different goals
thanks to you I started doing weighted calisthenics
Man those are some insane weights , god bless you and your health, thnx alot for that motivational video really magnificent work you are incredible 😍❤
Impressive, especially at your weight, very strong pound for pound.
That's crazy bro, I was also a skater and then got into calisthenics! Great motivation 😎💪
We Shall Never Surrender good combo 😁
Its cool broo, when you think about it! Its also life changing tbh calisthenics!💯 REP UP!! 💯
You are just freaking awesome and strong!!
I really appreciate what you r doing brother because I know how hard it is to achieve.
An awesome transformation dude. And might I mention how good it is to see metric system being used to describe weights. If only everyone did that.
Echt krasse Transformation. Super motivierend auch.
Diamant Belallari danke!
The most badass Micha video ever, super motivational ! Keep grinding Micha next time world 2019 first place! :D
Falusi Dávid I work on it 😁💪🏻
Very impressive and inspiring ! Your alimentation, resting, training, everything must have been top nocht to achieve this kind of results.
Oh man Micha. This is so beautiful to watch. Finally a calisthenics practitioner that does not neglect his legs. You are now my favorite calisthenics practitioner. I like the way you mix weight lifting and calisthenics together. I was just trying to use calisthenics before, but I am now finding that mixing them both is the truth! Especially if you also want to build beautiful legs. Keep it up brother.
Agree! But technically weighted squats and deadlifts is calisthenics. practitioners just don't do them and idk why. I do all the calisthenics as well as weighted squats, deadlifts and hip thrusts as well.
Respekt für den Biss!!
Very nice video bro! Excellent progress! I wish you the best and more and more progression! ;-)
This and Clarence’s trasformation are the best.
This is awesome !! Weighted calisthenics FTW
Dude you got damn nice body even before calisthenic. But it's pretty awesome video
YOU'RE A HERO BRO
U are an inspiration bro! Especially where u are now!
Motivierend kann leider momentan nicht trainieren ... sad af grund sind die Weisheitszähne alle 4 auf einmal entfernt bekommen. Keep the good work up !!!!!
One of the best natural bodybuilder
Lol yeah natural... You can easily see on this video his look before and after cycles
I think that he isn't on gear, but nobody except him can say it, there are too many factors to consider
Manuj Madan yes
I have just one word for you: BEASTTTTTT!!! Thanks for motivating me man!!!!!
great inspiration for me, the king, always for everything ..
Darien Micheloni thanks so much bro 💪🏻
Such a beast...
I’m so fkn motivated rn 🔥🔥🔥
LEGEND MY BRO! WORKING ON THE SAME THING!
