ig every single professional and competitive athelete should post these montages for motivation rather the clips of them mastering a skill and playin around it.
Actually those clips mastering a skill is what motivates the most at least for me, and shows how it’s done properly, which helps a lot understanding the exercises
I think the best part about this was seeing you train with your friends and how much fun you had with them as it shows just how much help having friends with the same goals can be
Had to look up the diff between persistence and consistency. Loved seeing you train no matter the weather condition. Stoked you were able to fulfill your dream. Hats off my man, thanks for the inspiration 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
Yeah both words sound similar. Persistence is pushing through despite difficulty. Consistency is performing the task repeatedly. I’m truly grateful that you are inspired from my video. Hope you the best on your journey. How long have you been training for?
As I watched the video unfold, it captivated me with its initial charm and excitement. With each subsequent attempt, it felt as though I was the one attempting everything ,I was rooting for your success from my side of the screen. When you finally achieved your goal, a surge of pride and joy filled my heart. Few videos have the power to evoke such profound emotions, and yours was one of them Thank you for sharing your beautiful journey with us.lots of love from INDIA
Wow, thank you! That’s a awesome message you wrote for me and I really appreciate it! I am grateful you are able be impacted by the video and I hope you keep getting stronger 💪. Hope to train with you one day
Love this video man. Very positive. Thank you for showing actual progress. Some people, especially young ones think they can’t do this or that. Mostly because they see ends results only on social media. This is the real deal. I’m 52 and starting my own journey. Have a great life!
Very motivational. I did calisthenics for about a year and then fractured my wrist while falling from a skateboard and quit working out. Now for the past month I've been training again and this video really hyped me up when I got to the part where you started doing 360s on a bar
crazy stuff, man! I just unlocked my 5 sec handstand and see this video, it makes me keep going harder. Thank you for sharing this beautiful video, it truly honest and super motivational 🔥
I’m currently trying to learn calisthenics so this video and the realistic timelines for your progress and growth was very inspiring. Thanks for sharing 💓
Loved your video brother ! Very inspirational !! I'm in this stage of handstand where you're able to go up and breakfall. Also the flip at 0:48 was awesome !!
I've always been interested in Calisthenics but didn't really know how to start and/or was intimidated by all the pros but this was eye opening and motivational. Keep up the good work 👍
Really amazing to watch! I'm a very skinny guy and have just started calisthenics since the gym isn't enjoyable at all after many tries. You've definitely inspired me with your energy brother 💪🏼
Those pull ups which look pathetic cos you're struggling to get above the bar.. those are the ones that create the determination and power for success. Well done man, I feel like I'm on a similar path and you're an inspiration.
this was awesome and joyful to watch, you looked so happy during the process and happier and happier as you got stronger. I started training calisthenics a couple of months ago and I'm obsessed too :) (I don't post anything here, this is an old youtube account heh I use insta more)
@TravisNguyen0 well it's been a long journey ( i can say 3 years ) but full with breaks , i wasn't discipline enough, i hope this year I'll be more discipline 💪🔥
Hey man! Just came across this video, never did something inspire me more to add Calisthenics into my workout routine. I've tried it several times before to incorporate it into my weightlifting routine, but always gave up because I didn't know how to progress and to what. For context, I'm 180cm, and 80kgs. In terms of my "skills" in this, I can whip out about 8 pullups in a row and about 40 pushups at once. I really would love to learn all these skills because they really seem fun to do and one day, probably switch completely to Calisthenics. I have the strength for a handstand, but I really fail to learn how to balance myself, but overall I'd just love the progression and tips you'd have for me into getting better at Calisthenics. Thanks man!
Yo, man im at the same spot as you now at everything except for muscle up, ur muscle up are insane, i only hit my first one this week! will improve tho, if i can do 1 i can train it now, gl on your journey, ill check in every now and then GL!
It’s crazy because I’m so far ahead of you in terms of progress but watching this video has inspired the fuck out of me!! You got so much stronger! The weight vest makes a huge difference. My only advice is don’t forget your flexibility.
Inspiring!! Well done, sir. I think you need to add a 'shrimp flip' to your bar tricks. You look like you could pull it off in a couple months of training it.
Damn this just feels like the same... started cali 4years ago... i love this discipline so much! i love that u been always having fun in the process.. that's the key! and the most important one... CONSISTENCY ❤🔥💪 kEEP DOING IT!! AMAZING WORK!! Greetings from Argentina! ♥
That is awesome. Love the discipline and community. Hope you keep at it and grow stronger this year 💪 Maybe I’ll remember to find you if I ever come to Argentina 🇦🇷

Feel free to message me on instagram @traviscreate with any questions! Let's get stronger together
did you ever get any injuries big or small throughout this period? what did you do to recover?
I've had several minor injuries due to not warming up properly. The best way I recovered was stretching, eating well, sleeping well.@@matarnold1371

super inspiring, using this as motivation now
appreciate that a lot brother. Let's both keep getting stronger. What's your goal?
how are u now
you've got there friends you loved and had fun with. appreciate it man, cause not everyone has someone can have fun with them like you...
that's true. However, we can always find others that are like minded. If you're ever around New York let me know and we can train together!
@@TravisNguyen0 uh you mean we can't always find others like minded right? Nah I live in europe...
@@monkeydluffy4046😂 that’s funny. There’s got to be people in Europe that workout too bro.

you can do it brother. Just one step at a time
The motivation I needed
Thanks for motivating me
I've been doing cali for 3 years now but I was nowhere close to your discipline and committment. Respect
Its all about repetitions
The last part looked like so much fun! Just to be able to do that I'll regularly train. Great job!
