ig every single professional and competitive athelete should post these montages for motivation rather the clips of them mastering a skill and playin around it.
Actually those clips mastering a skill is what motivates the most at least for me, and shows how it’s done properly, which helps a lot understanding the exercises
I think the best part about this was seeing you train with your friends and how much fun you had with them as it shows just how much help having friends with the same goals can be
Had to look up the diff between persistence and consistency. Loved seeing you train no matter the weather condition. Stoked you were able to fulfill your dream. Hats off my man, thanks for the inspiration 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
Yeah both words sound similar. Persistence is pushing through despite difficulty. Consistency is performing the task repeatedly. I’m truly grateful that you are inspired from my video. Hope you the best on your journey. How long have you been training for?
Really amazing to watch! I'm a very skinny guy and have just started calisthenics since the gym isn't enjoyable at all after many tries. You've definitely inspired me with your energy brother 💪🏼
Loved your video brother ! Very inspirational !! I'm in this stage of handstand where you're able to go up and breakfall. Also the flip at 0:48 was awesome !!
Very motivational. I did calisthenics for about a year and then fractured my wrist while falling from a skateboard and quit working out. Now for the past month I've been training again and this video really hyped me up when I got to the part where you started doing 360s on a bar
Hey man! Just came across this video, never did something inspire me more to add Calisthenics into my workout routine. I've tried it several times before to incorporate it into my weightlifting routine, but always gave up because I didn't know how to progress and to what. For context, I'm 180cm, and 80kgs. In terms of my "skills" in this, I can whip out about 8 pullups in a row and about 40 pushups at once. I really would love to learn all these skills because they really seem fun to do and one day, probably switch completely to Calisthenics. I have the strength for a handstand, but I really fail to learn how to balance myself, but overall I'd just love the progression and tips you'd have for me into getting better at Calisthenics. Thanks man!
this was awesome and joyful to watch, you looked so happy during the process and happier and happier as you got stronger. I started training calisthenics a couple of months ago and I'm obsessed too :) (I don't post anything here, this is an old youtube account heh I use insta more)
I've always been interested in Calisthenics but didn't really know how to start and/or was intimidated by all the pros but this was eye opening and motivational. Keep up the good work 👍
Inspiring!! Well done, sir. I think you need to add a 'shrimp flip' to your bar tricks. You look like you could pull it off in a couple months of training it.
Damn this just feels like the same... started cali 4years ago... i love this discipline so much! i love that u been always having fun in the process.. that's the key! and the most important one... CONSISTENCY ❤🔥💪 kEEP DOING IT!! AMAZING WORK!! Greetings from Argentina! ♥
That is awesome. Love the discipline and community. Hope you keep at it and grow stronger this year 💪 Maybe I’ll remember to find you if I ever come to Argentina 🇦🇷
@TravisNguyen0 well it's been a long journey ( i can say 3 years ) but full with breaks , i wasn't discipline enough, i hope this year I'll be more discipline 💪🔥
Yo, man im at the same spot as you now at everything except for muscle up, ur muscle up are insane, i only hit my first one this week! will improve tho, if i can do 1 i can train it now, gl on your journey, ill check in every now and then GL!
As I watched the video unfold, it captivated me with its initial charm and excitement. With each subsequent attempt, it felt as though I was the one attempting everything ,I was rooting for your success from my side of the screen. When you finally achieved your goal, a surge of pride and joy filled my heart. Few videos have the power to evoke such profound emotions, and yours was one of them Thank you for sharing your beautiful journey with us.lots of love from INDIA
Wow, thank you! That’s a awesome message you wrote for me and I really appreciate it! I am grateful you are able be impacted by the video and I hope you keep getting stronger 💪. Hope to train with you one day
Good job man! It took me 6 months to master the muscle up and then went to improve my handstand and learn the handstand pushup. It's been almost one year but still working on it. I tend to forget to workout my chest and legs lol. What's your weekly workout routine?
very inspiring!! what exercises would u recommend to a beginner? ive been doing weightlifting for a bit now but i wanna make the swap over to calisthenics but im a little lost. i've watched a couple helpful videos but im just trying to gather as much info as possible :D
How did you work flexibility? That's my main roadblock as of now and unfortunately not that many people really talk about it. And what other exercises that maybe weren't included here did you consider? I want to aim for very advanced high end calisthenics so I need as much info as I can, much appreciated and great work here
@TravisNguyen0 did u do only calisthenics or also incorporate regular weight lifting, if you did use weights could u show a video on how you mixed both?
I’m really interested in getting into calisthenics! Do you have any tips or guides you initially watched/looked at to learn the basics? I’m just a little lost on how best to get started. Great transformation!
Great work, i kinda gave up a bit this month. Got to the point where i went to gym 4x and trained to the point where i got decent results, but the city is so small that you can barely find a single bar to train on and i have no friends. Im following an app guide to gain some strength but cant seem to do a single pullup even though i do 70 pushups easily, can you make like a program type of thing where we can see how to progress ? sometimes i feel like repeating the same things from that app are very tiring and i overexert myself or underperform. thank you
That would be a great idea! I see you have the strength and willingness to get better. With that mindset you can keep improving. I’m definitely going to work on a program to see how I can put a PDF together. I also help coach people 1 on 1 and would love to help you get to the next level if you’re interested
Huge props on the achievements man! How often did you train a certain movement (For example pull ups, muscle ups, push ups)? Daily, every other day, bi-weekly, etc.?
Yeeah, I started calisthenics last year. I don't do any skill work but you make me want to try it out. It looks really fun I think I want to change my goals from just getting fit to mastering my bodyweight. I want to build my body up to the point where I can do parkour safely. I've always wanted to get into it but was too lazy lol Hopefully this year will be the year
It’s crazy because I’m so far ahead of you in terms of progress but watching this video has inspired the fuck out of me!! You got so much stronger! The weight vest makes a huge difference. My only advice is don’t forget your flexibility.
Feel free to message me on instagram @traviscreate with any questions! Let's get stronger together
did you ever get any injuries big or small throughout this period? what did you do to recover?
I've had several minor injuries due to not warming up properly. The best way I recovered was stretching, eating well, sleeping well.@@matarnold1371

Super well done! Consistency is always the key, but also the hardest part
The last part looked like so much fun! Just to be able to do that I'll regularly train. Great job!
super inspiring, I love seeing people’s journey! Makes it feel a lot more possible as a beginner
super inspiring, using this as motivation now
