Najważniejsze by czerpać radość.
I am 57 kg right now as well. Already started doing workout yesterday, ordered a pull up bar today. Just need motivation and money for food to keep going. Edit: Date 14/02/2019 just for ref, if anyone read this on 2020 please ask me about gains. Update1: 22/03/2019 58.5 kg learnt pistol squats, elbow lever and can do knee tucks hold at floor. Maybe it's because I'm confident enough to post a picture of myself instead of that dumbass lighting bolt! I have a girlfriend dude and I'm guessing you must be gay if you keep talking about it , gay minds say gay stuff , vishal the boss . So keep going it's not bothering me
"Maybe" is a good word since posting a picture of oneself doesn't really stand for confidence these days if you carefully think about it. No offense tho, just saying. Also, Vishal The Boss, although being really stupid, was just kidding I believe, yet it led to this pointless exchange of opinions (mine included) and therefore waste of our time. Funny
Matt James this body transformation is absolutely possible in one year, but the skills this guy has in the video would be extremely difficult to obtain even for some of the most disciplined athletes.
Firat Ormankiran I made the same comment on a another guys video but the difference was i pointed out he must of being doing gymnastic/parkour or dancing before hand, turns out he did, i would guess its trhe same with this guy or he is a fake, but honestly you could do 6 hours a day and you still wouldnnt be as good as this guy is in one year, you can believe it all you want but put it into practice and you will see, it really isnt easy to develop these skills.
It’s easy for some people depends on genetics some people muscle just don’t show for ages and they have to work harder than others just depends on genes I guess.
I guess the benefit of this is inner strength and building character. No matter how thin you are - if you can defend yourself- no one can bully you. I admire the discipline!
Been doing calisthenics for almost 3 years. Havent made nothing comparing to this guy. Whenever i feel lack of motivation or i think maybe its not worth it, i come back to this video and it always inspires and motivates me.
to be honest, that didn't motivate me... that did the opposite, because now I am doing calisthenics for 1 year, and I just achieved back lever, front lever(one leg), human flag, dragon flag and handstands, and only 1 or 2 muscle ups... idk I feel slow when I watch this video (especially that I didn't get a lot of muscles)
This video literally changed my life. Thanks for becoming an inspiration for other people such as myself. I started off skinny and small in 9th grade, but now I’m a senior and my body is pretty ripped. I can bench press over 180 pounds and do over 100 push ups everyday! This video truly gave me confidence!
wait this video has only been out for 3 years maybe so ok but anyways thats great that you progressed. It took you 4 years which is believable while this guy took 1 year to go from looking like a chewed up bone to a greek statue. I call bullshit on his one year transformation probably took him longer or took steroids. I dont like accusing people of steroids without knowing for sure so im leaning towards him lying about the time it took.
@Dany Sanchez Please look at him again. His hasn't changed that much - he wasn't too skinny before and he is far from greek statue after. His changes pretty much believable for 1 year in a gym, he gained about 10 kg while staying in low badyfat %. But it is hard to believe what it was achieved with Calisthenics alone. From my own experience (at my peak I was able to do one handed pull up up to 10 times, still was rather skinny) I know what you can't gain much with your own bodyweight alone, at most you will be more ripped.
I kept losing motivation but here I am back again tired of not improving. For those who say you’ll do it later, the time is now or therefore it will be too late. Believe in yourself and you shouldn’t care what others think of you. Do it because you want to do it! Best of luck to you on your journey. It’s time for me to get back on track!
Ricardo8388 I really don't see why he couldn't have done it. He could've done an extremely clean bulk, then a decent cut. That combined with an incredibly huge amount of work can definitely bring results like this.
Ricardo8388 Well, I'm currently 2 months into my work with calisthenics. Going to be bulking up 8 kg during the winter now. Gonna be doing it all alone. If I manage to get some notable results in the next 10 months or so I'll make sure to let you know since I believe that an individual can manage something like this.
Ricardo8388 Dietitian, not dietist. You clearly have no fucking clue what you're talking about. A personal trainer is not a magical fairy, he can't do anything that I can't on my own. Same with a fucking dietitian. Eating a certain amount of calories and protein isn't exactly rocket science.

@@calistrenght_5780 it seems just to improbable that he is such a genetic specimen. Very few on this planet could put on this amount of muscles in one year. And with calisthenics as primary training it seems even more implausible. In Poland steroid use is wildly used and available.

On one hand "try it even if others might think it looks dumb" is indeed a good mindset to have, but it's a much more difficult mindset to keep up when you don't have friends that are trying the same. You have friends like that, most people don't.
It looks easy when he is doing it, but as a calisthenic wannabe like myself, you will realise how difficult these moves are. It's just insane man 😭 7 months since i started this journey and i could tell you, it's hard but it's worth it 😇
Start today, don't blow things off for later... Nothing gets done that way.. Wake up and set yourself up a workout plan and don't just stick to that. continue to push yourself in ways never thought possible. Because let me tell you, things you don't think you can do, you can do.
thanks you'll for the motivation, much appreciated but last week I injured my rotator cuff muscle on right shoulder......It should be safe to start training around christmas I estimated

Learning archer pull ups now.
Update2: 19/04/2019 59 kg learnt dragon flag, tuck planche, L-sit.
Update3: 31/05/2019 60 kg, touched 61 but back to 60, having some trouble keeping up the diet. Trying to learn handstand without wall.

This video is motivating as hell, you rock bro
This video has inspired me so much to work for the body I want
naw nigga you gay
Vishal The Boss nah hes not
Vishal The Boss wtf where did that come from
Maybe it's because I'm confident enough to post a picture of myself instead of that dumbass lighting bolt!
Funny
Respect bro. Im also training rn. Im 18 started with 17.

Sairox Nebulous & Agario um no?
Kai, do you have any idea what he's trying to say?
steroids are amazing bro
crist tamiel roids?? you're crazy?
Kai hinds
You could look at Ryan Casey, he has a RUclips channel and he does lots of this, he's barely 17 btw and he looks giant 😱
i find it hard to believe someone could become this skillfull in a year
JustOneLonelyRUclipsr why? People calling this video bs because they can't be arsed to do anything about their own bodies, just in denial
Matt James this body transformation is absolutely possible in one year, but the skills this guy has in the video would be extremely difficult to obtain even for some of the most disciplined athletes.
ya the aesthetics is possible but the actual stuff he does takes even gymnasts many years lol...
JustOneLonelyRUclipsr he said he worked really hard and never skipped training.
Firat Ormankiran I made the same comment on a another guys video but the difference was i pointed out he must of being doing gymnastic/parkour or dancing before hand, turns out he did, i would guess its trhe same with this guy or he is a fake, but honestly you could do 6 hours a day and you still wouldnnt be as good as this guy is in one year, you can believe it all you want but put it into practice and you will see, it really isnt easy to develop these skills.
this is the one millionth time that I view this video, good luck bro
rockyngthegamer yt same
lol me to mate i have seen this video more times then i care to count

It's been a month, you better still be working out 👀
Do you stil work out?
Luka Antic yes I do
It’s crazy how this guy makes it looks soo easy Congrats man
It’s easy for some people depends on genetics some people muscle just don’t show for ages and they have to work harder than others just depends on genes I guess.
2:55 this is so motivating !
seeing people watching you and thinking ^he‘s weird^ but you just dont give a fck and kept going !
i think Kicksen is right
I guess the benefit of this is inner strength and building character. No matter how thin you are - if you can defend yourself- no one can bully you.

Me: never did workout
It sounds like he stole your workouts from you. So really it's his fault.

@@omarbb242 it depand on how hard you want it bro, i belive on you, if you realy want it, you will get it .
every workout has to be harder in some way or form
to be honest, that didn't motivate me... that did the opposite, because now I am doing calisthenics for 1 year, and I just achieved back lever, front lever(one leg), human flag, dragon flag and handstands, and only 1 or 2 muscle ups... idk I feel slow when I watch this video (especially that I didn't get a lot of muscles)

never too late
Watching this video for the thirdt time.. Dude this video is just fucking awesome
You made me change my life from zero to 100%
Thanks.. 💪
You are my inspiration . Love from Greece 🇬🇷
@@danysanchez8767 i think hes meaning is body has gotten more ripped from a year
@@danysanchez8767 like after a yeae he was pretty ripped ig , and now hes even more ripped as a senior
@@danysanchez8767 are you dumb
@Dany Sanchez Please look at him again. His hasn't changed that much - he wasn't too skinny before and he is far from greek statue after. His changes pretty much believable for 1 year in a gym, he gained about 10 kg while staying in low badyfat %. But it is hard to believe what it was achieved with Calisthenics alone. From my own experience (at my peak I was able to do one handed pull up up to 10 times, still was rather skinny) I know what you can't gain much with your own bodyweight alone, at most you will be more ripped.
2:39 Well at least I got that part down
Nice
Lol😂
😂
I kept losing motivation but here I am back again tired of not improving. For those who say you’ll do it later, the time is now or therefore it will be too late. Believe in yourself and you shouldn’t care what others think of you. Do it because you want to do it! Best of luck to you on your journey. It’s time for me to get back on track!
Almost forgot to watch this today
Started off not being able to do a single push-up, Now I can do 6. I’m so proud of myself.
Nice progress, keep on going!
Same here! I was struggling to do a single perfect form pushup last month but now I can do 10!!

Max I know the feeling. then I watch this video and go.to sleep.
Wow, the amount of jealous and butthurt people in the comment section is unbelievable...
If I manage to get some notable results in the next 10 months or so I'll make sure to let you know since I believe that an individual can manage something like this.
dude he meant it as it 1 month to 6 months
i agree
Ricardo8388 Dietitian, not dietist. You clearly have no fucking clue what you're talking about. A personal trainer is not a magical fairy, he can't do anything that I can't on my own. Same with a fucking dietitian. Eating a certain amount of calories and protein isn't exactly rocket science.
I just found this and am speechless at your transformation and skill level!

@@calistrenght_5780 it seems just to improbable that he is such a genetic specimen. Very few on this planet could put on this amount of muscles in one year. And with calisthenics as primary training it seems even more implausible. In Poland steroid use is wildly used and available.

I’ve watched this video several times already and I’m still amazed by your progress.
I’ve been working out for one year and I believe I’ll need at least two more years to get to where you got, but I’ll keep grinding and will never stop working out.
2 more years... wait for me!
On one hand "try it even if others might think it looks dumb" is indeed a good mindset to have, but it's a much more difficult mindset to keep up when you don't have friends that are trying the same. You have friends like that, most people don't.
It's harder but once you do it you'll realise no one cares, and if they do it's probably in a positive way and they enjoy seeing you trying
Darek I still watch this when I need motivation
It looks easy when he is doing it, but as a calisthenic wannabe like myself, you will realise how difficult these moves are. It's just insane man 😭 7 months since i started this journey and i could tell you, it's hard but it's worth it 😇
💪
you got some serious muscle definition......that push-up routine was sickkk......gr8 job btw
I'm starting after christmas
Start today, don't blow things off for later... Nothing gets done that way.. Wake up and set yourself up a workout plan and don't just stick to that. continue to push yourself in ways never thought possible. Because let me tell you, things you don't think you can do, you can do.
Sarju017 if you start now you'll see results by the time Christmas comes
Why would you start after Christmas? That's the biggest load of crap I've ever heard.
thanks you'll for the motivation, much appreciated but last week I injured my rotator cuff muscle on right shoulder......It should be safe to start training around christmas I estimated
you could easily start doing core or leg exercises, they wouldn't effect your rotator cuff
Just wanna say your video really woke me up, thanks for this 👌🏼

To everyone questioning if this was done in 1year the picture in the biggining is likely also before he whent to the gym so this is more like a 15.5 month transformation. Amasing none the less.
Y’all are saying this is fake and impossible to do in a year, well, I’ll put it to the test, I’m going from a skinny 6ft 70kg guy to hopefully getting this guys strength by the end of next year, I’ll be uploading the progress
@Marius Le Roy well so far this year I’ve lost a couple friends to suicide, so I’ve been struggling to even get out of bed most days but thankyou for this comment, I need to not waste my time on this earth, it’s precious, I’ll start writing and preparing to make my first video for progress
