I am so happy I studied how to do backbend
It took 2-3 weeks for me, I stretched for 5 days in week with 2 days rest. Sometimes I felt it was difficult,so I practiced front splits properly with her routine. After my leg was flexible enough I tried to improve balance with support. Overall this was far more useful for me than any other RUclips videos. As she says don't give up easily, you can do it.💗☺️💗

I’m quite close to getting it after a few months of stretching. It’s amazing, in May of this year I could not even touch my toes, now i can do a middle split and am close to a leg hold.

Tysm I learned to a leg hold with right leg but with a support my balance is really worse. I keep on falling when I try to do it by myself. Anyways tysm for making me flexible ur really great!!!!
